Finding My Prince Charming is book one of a two book contemporary romance series.
Can a Playboy Prince ever be tamed?
When Lola Franklin decided to study abroad she never anticipated embarking on a whirlwind weekend romance with a hot guy before classes started.
And she certainly never counted on the hot guy being her new professor. Or a Prince. Or the biggest asshole she had ever met.
Xavier Van Romerius is the playboy Prince of Europe and he loves his life. He doesn't do relationships, and never wants to get married. But when he sees Lola Franklin flirting with his little brother Sebastian, he realizes that maybe he needs to rethink his ideas about love before the wrong Prince gets the girl.
Recommended for readers age 18 and over, due to mature content.

Love all romance, dark romance, romantic comedy and suspenseful romance!
This is definitely not your fairytale prince charming story! This involves a dirty talking, hot and sexy as sin prince named Xavier! He has his eyes set on Lola to have her for one night to get her out of his system. Lola is very hesitant at first but her best friend and her are studying abroad so why not, right. Well after an explosive one night stand, little does Lola know that she will be facing this hot stranger once again!! This is a wonderful, hot story with all kinds of twists and turns! This is one Prince that will shock you!!
At first I thought it would b a cute story, but as it b came obvious that the H was the most hateful, rude and cold person that I'd ever seen as hell of a romanc I began to tire of the story.
That I realized the last 10 minutes of the story there was going to be nothing resolved, a cliffhanger! I don't even care to find out how this dreadful story ends!
Her narration was fine.
I hate it when books are a series or a continuation....I wish Audible would let the reader know this, so we could decide whether we want to risk buying the book and having to wait however long til the conclusion of the next book comes out! But like I said this will be one that I will not be buying the 2nd book!
Say something about yourself!
Not my favorite books I've listen to but I made it through, I didn't like that the narrator kept changing but the last narrator in the series was the best. Lola was a little weak for me. I like my heroines more strong-willed. There were a lot of times in the series I kept wanting her to just say no. It's not a bad series by any means just not one of my favorites.
40 year old, fairly new to the Audio Book crowd, that love Corky, Contempory Romance Novels and a few nail biters. I dream of writing too..
A better narrator and choice of words.
I couldn't focus on the story to much, because the Narrator was monotone and used an unnecessary husky sexy voice throughout the read. The motives was useless .
Anyone with emotions. like Madeleine Maby
couldn't finish so couldn't actually say
The story was a typical Prince meets commoner story. I kinda thought he was too much of an a**, that it made the story almost too over the top. I loved other stories from JS Cooper but this one just fell flat for me.
The voice of the narrator just didn't match with the voice of the character. Lola is 21. The narrator just sounds too old for the character. This also had a male POV so why wouldn't you have a male narrator for the male parts. It just didn't fit with the story and so I had a really hard time listening to the book.
The narrator has a pleasant relaxing voice that never changes for any reason. Her pleasant whispering voice will send you off on a nice relaxing nap. She whispers everything, even the dramatic moments and there is no difference between her male and female voices. I may have enjoyed the story somewhat more if the narrator was not so boring.
This book was purchased at reduced rate so I decided to give it a try. I found out that there are two more sequels at about 3 hours long for $11.00. I won't be buying them at that pricey tag.
Prince Charming is such a jack ass I can't imagine any woman with even the smallest amount of self esteem wanting to kiss him. He accuses her of being a prostitute and calling her a Bimbo (several times) he then orders her to kiss him as he further insults her and all the while she is thinking how attracted to him she is. (This scene all happened with the soft relaxing whisper voice of the narrator.)
"So you like art?"
"Yeah I like art."
"I have not met many girls who like art. Are you sure you were not there to find a rich husband?"
I was done with this ridiculous couple after that scene and deleted the audible.
