Almost 41-year-old Annabelle Morris, wife to multi-billionaire record label executive Charles Morris of Zenith Productions and mother of two, is at a crossroads in her life.
Separated from her husband after walking in on him having sex in the public restroom of a charity event she was hosting, she has arrived on the island of St. John alone and rejected, determined to re-evaluate her life and her marriage. She's tired of being her husband's showpiece while he pretends she doesn't exist. She's tired of trying to make their marriage work for the sake of their two teenage boys.
When she meets Johnny Lightning, a sexy but mysterious piano-playing, bearded sailor, she is tempted to break vows she has never before broken. But Johnny is much younger than she is and seems to be hiding more than a few secrets of his own.
From the laid-back sandy beaches of the Caribbean to the elite circles of Dallas high society, Annabelle is forced to make critical choices.
Is a chance for happiness worth the risk of giving up the life she has always known?
Worth jeopardizing her own and possibly even her children's future?
In the end, will she stay on her present course or brave a new and uncharted one?
Find Me, Remember Me, and Keep Me is a full and complete novel in three separate parts.

This book is incredibly well written and I adore the characters and how you could feel the emotions that they were feeling as things played out! I loved Johnny and I am desperate to find out what's gonna happen next! If you haven't read this book or any of Michelle Mankin's books stop what you're doing and read them now!!! Need an added experience? Add Kai &Wen to the mix you won't regret it😉
N.Y. Times Bestselling Author
Absolutely! Michelle Mankin is an amazing writer and couple with the narrators it makes for a most enjoyable listen.
I loved the relaxed energy and sincerity of Johnny Lightning.
I have listened to practically all of Kai and Wen's performances and I have to say this one is my absolute favorite.
Yes, and I did.
I was waiting for this series to be released on to audio, which felt like forever and boy was I not disappointed. Michelle Mankin is one of my "go to" authors so loving the story would be a given, but I didn't anticipate it becoming one of my favorite books ever. This also has become my favorite performance from Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross.
I love being swept away by a new romance and thankfully Audible's ever growing Library means I get to indulge myself over and over again
Firstly, I'm going to give this review for the entire Finding Me Trilogy. Now I don't really like short stories but this little series of listens had three things that tempted me - it's Author, the narrators and the half price sale - so I bought them knowing that the romance was going to be quick. And yes, as soon as a disillusioned 40 yr old Annabelle met Johnny - the grumpy handsome bearded much younger stranger who was meant to be taking her to her friend's empty beachside apartment, Annabelle was attracted to him but he was rude, judgemental and opinionated about her so she curbed her attraction. She'd had a disastrous marriage which left her with zero confidence, they'd been separated for a year and she was there to think things through, mull over possibilities and determined what course her, and her son's, lives should take..... but nothing could have prepared her for the soul deep connection, passion and love that she found in Johnny's arms.
However, she's married to a cheating, manipulative music Mogul and has two teenage sons which are her life so things aren't going to run smoothly.... and Johnny is keeping back something from Annabelle too. Unfortunately their luxurious stolen days and nights came screeching to a halt when her husband came to retrieve and reclaim his wife.... and rekindle their marriage. Which led to shattered dreams, broken hearts, emotional turmoil and a shocking unplanned discovery.... and the discovery would first tear them apart, but ultimately it would be the icing on the cake.
Yes it was short, yes it was an instant romance and yes it was predictable but it was also sexy, passion-filled, romantic and hot. And yes I enjoyed it however I can't help but wonder why MM split this into three parts instead of creating a more compelling packed-out complete book that just needed an hour or too more added. There was a lot of Designer names dropped... I get that she was married to a Mogul but enough already. Johnny was a great Hero... in his actions, in his words and in his heartfelt passion but I felt Annabelle was a bit limp as a character. She'd been mentally torn down living a lie in an unhappy loveless marriage for the sake of her boys and had self-sacrificing tendencies however she did reclaim her independence and grow a backbone in the end. Told from Annabelle's POV and Wen and Kai's style of narration never disappoints and is refreshing to hear - Wen sticks to her genre and Kai sticks to his and, IMO, the conversations run smoothly and are more realistic that way.
Worth a credit? If it had been one single book that was more padded out and the romance took longer then YES but they're short burst where romance blossomed amongst the sandy beaches and shimmering blue seas of a Tropical Island. Then there was a heartbreaking reality check where the love and sex had to be given up. Finally there was the drama and angst because Prince Charming came to claim what's his. It's a light, quick, predictable and enjoyable Contemporary second chance love story and I certainly got my money's worth - but you'll have to decide if it's for you.
This was a good quick read. Anna goes to the islands to escape for a little and get her life in order when she meets Johnny, her best friends brother. He's closed off and a completely rude to her based on first impressions. Within the short about of time spent together they have formed a strong bond and then just like that BAM we're hit with a twist. I'm heading to book 2 now because I need to know what happens. This is my unbiased and voluntary review
Second Chance Love
Yes I have, this is just as good as any of the others I've read. I love Kai and Wen, they are great narrators.
I enjoyed reading Find Me by Michelle Mankin. Annabelle's story is one that many women unfortunately can relate to. She's separated from her husband after she found him cheating on her at a charity event that she was hosting. To get away from everything she goes to St. Johns and never expected to meet the mysterious and sexy Johnny Lightning. She has to decide if she will break her vows or keep vows she isn't sure if she wants anymore. I loved this first part of the series and can't wait to read the rest.
Kai and Wen brought this book to life! They made me feel like I was there on the beach, on the boat, in the moment with Anna and Johnny.
I cannot wait to see how their story contunues!
I loved it, but it was too short!
When Johnny took her out on his boat, especially when he turned the radio off because it was playing a song she was singing along with.
Everything. They make all the characters seem so real.
I loved the scene where she was dancing in the rain. It made me want to be there.
This is the first part of three, so it was sadly too short, but the writing and the narration were both incredible.
I absolutely love Kai and Wens narration
and the story line.
Finding out about Charles Morris (winning)
I dont like men that make women feel less than they are worth
they give the characters a voice
Tropical Paradise Budding Love
The author is very descriptive without being too pretentious, and she writes a great love story.
The moment when she sees the beach and it stops her in her tracks.
When Anna finally allows herself to be good enough and gives herself over to the attraction she feels.
Definitely wasn't long enough.
