i would so recommend this book to a friend it was romantic,sexy and eye opening.. if ur not squeamish with sex.

The characters of the story really bring this book to life.

The way she brought the characters to life she did and awesome job..

christian greys character was very moving, he is a tortured soul that just wanted to be loved so many of us can relate to that...

it was a wonderful read i would so read it again and again.. if u want romance and sex and adventure than read this book...

Where does Fifty Shades of Grey rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Ranks in the top 10 of those I've listened to. I didn't expect this to be a good 'audio' book but I was pleasantly surprised, mainly because of the great job by the narrator.

What did you like best about this story?

Love the characters, the love, the sex of course.

Have not listened to any of Becca Battoe's other performances but I thought she did an INCREDIBLE job with this book!

The most memorable was the ending....I loved it.

Not listened to any of her recordings, this is the first and it was good.

Yes, I listened to this book everywhere I went.

So Glad I Didn't Listen To The Reviews Again!

It took me so long to decide to buy these books because I let the reviews scare me away. I really kick myself for that!

I am so glad I finally broke down and decided to make up my own mind on these books. I think they are great! I will admit that I am hooked and a huge fan now. I'm waiting for MORE!

Please don't let others who are seeking a literary masterpiece that is obscure and poetic keep you from giving these books a try. Yes, they are graphic and erotic, but in a sense they are very tame. Don't be afraid to try your own wild side out by listening to the adventures of Christian and Anastasia. They are a real, modern, love story that will be around for a very long time!

Totally Unprepared!

Where does Fifty Shades of Grey rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Probably in the middle. I had not read any of the hype on the Fifty Shades although there was quite a bit of it on Pinterest. I just didn't pay attention. By the end of the trilogy though it had grown on me and I would have to say that it had moved up in my list of favorites.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Fifty Shades of Grey?

When Anastasia meets grey at the Hotel and he brings the contract for her to read. Ana's character is such a thoughtful character and I liked that about her. She was her own person and she did not just rush into anything she did.. I adored her all through the trilogy.

What about Becca Battoe’s performance did you like?

Everything! She was spectacular! She did an awesome job narrating on all three books. She became one of my favorite narrators through this narrating of this trilogy.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Yes I did because of the subject matter of the book, I found myself having emotions of anger, sadness, and even happiness at some points. It definitely is a series that takes you on a ride of emotions, so you had better be ready to expect that before you read the whole trilogy.

I started reading this series with trepidation but easily got sucked in by the story line. I know there are many that would not be brave enough to read it, but I am glad I did. I feel it is a piece of work well written and takes the listener on an emotional ride that you find yourself remembering parts of it long after you have finished it. I am flad it became a part of my library.

Great Book. I think people are being a to harsh

I think being are being overly negative about the reader. I didn't have a problem with her. She wasn't the best but I have heard worse. I thought she did a fine job!

Beautiful and erotic love story

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes - It is well written and well delivered by the narrator. It is adult themed and very erotic so be aware of what you will be hearing. I totally disagree with the other reviewers who have made negative comments about the performance. I think Becca does a great job of portraying all of the characters. Her Ana has just the right degree of sexual innocence combined with honesty and a good sense of self.

Yes - but impossible to do...

Give Becca Battoe a Break!

I was almost persuaded from what I've read of the reviews of Becca Battoe's narration to not download this audio book. Although I would say that she is not the most gifted narrator with the male voicings, she did an excellent job with all of the female voices including the main character. Her voice was spot on to a 22 year old femail graduating college.
The story, on the other hand is pure fantasy. A 29 year old man, perfectly good looking, thick head of hair, smart as a whip, perfect body definition, well endowed, multi billionare, owns and pilots his own helicopter and private jet, knows how to please a woman, is CEO of an international firm, etc...
I don't understand how the reviews for this book dwelled on how badly Becca narrated and not how poorly it was written.
The book was just alright in my opinion.
I would, however, listen to another book narrated by Becca Battoe.

I would have to agree with some of the others. This really needs a new narrator. It was very hard to get past that. Apart from that the story was very good
