Look for E L James’s passionate new love story, The Mister, available now.

When unworldly student Anastasia Steele first encountered the driven and dazzling young entrepreneur Christian Grey it sparked a sensual affair that changed both of their lives irrevocably. Shocked, intrigued, and, ultimately, repelled by Christian’s singular erotic tastes, Ana demands a deeper commitment. Determined to keep her, Christian agrees. Now, Ana and Christian have it all—love, passion, intimacy, wealth, and a world of possibilities for their future. But Ana knows that loving her Fifty Shades will not be easy, and that being together will pose challenges that neither of them would anticipate.

Ana must somehow learn to share Christian’s opulent lifestyle without sacrificing her own identity. And Christian must overcome his compulsion to control as he wrestles with the demons of a tormented past. Just when it seems that their strength together will eclipse any obstacle, misfortune, malice, and fate conspire to make Ana’s deepest fears turn to reality.

This book is intended for mature audiences.

Awesome just plain awesome!

I am rare, I adored the relationships in these series! I barely paid any attention to the risque parts because I was wrapped up in what each had gone through. I absorbed in the loneliness and abuse and how each coped with it and their families. This is a book for adults but I looked behind the characters. Lol, I almost frowned when it would go into the sex parts. I enjoyed what they learned through time. For most readers it would be trigger for a narc (which itis) I for some reason saw beyond that. I think it was because they were committed to each other and wanted to make each other happy and grow together.

Putting the past behind them

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes. But they would need to reed the first 2 books in the trilogy first. This books brings it all together. Christian is able to face his past and really put it behind him. He learned to except the love of his family and to realize that family is important.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Anastasha was my favorite character because she was thrown into a situation that she knew nothing about and handled herself with aplomb. She stayed strong in her limits and helped Christian break down the walls in his life.

What does Becca Battoe bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She gave Anastasha a personality that maynot be the same as I would have given her just reading.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Christian found Ana after she had been taken by Jake. Ana was hurt and Christian realized how important the baby was to him and how very important Ana was in his life.
