Communication???

This book 3 was good but I’m still on the fence about Sam. I think if the group communicated better with each other, there would be less problems. Also Tate’s revelation didn’t seem as big of a deal as Sam is making it out to be.

Mercy!

These books have me at all points of the emotional rollercoaster! The story so far has me in it's grip. I cannot tell you how many times I wanted to stop listening due to some of the situations the characters found themselves in. Some of the situations really rubbed me wrong but I just HAD to find out what happened next. To me that's the mark of a really good author. Grant it I haven't finished the series, but so far I'm hooked. For me this is not a light read though. It brings out emotions in me that make me want to throat punch someone as well has high and kiss someone. If you can deal with the rollercoaster of emotions in would definitely recommend this series so far. Also keep in mind this is somewhat of a teenage coming of age story and there is a crap ton of drama! So proceed with caution if you are looking for something light hearted.

edit...ok I actually CRIED for the main female character in this book! Holy CRAP! I really want to quit listening, but I need to see see if she's alright...if this girl was me IRL I'd be gone....done.... I am just TOTALLY amazed I am still listening to this! that right there says how good this author is. Yes the male narrator could be better, but he's not horrible either.

More and more... I am loving Tijan! I don’t think I’ve heard this story version before, but I know I like the Fallen Creat series.

Teen Violence

Wow, kids really can be mean and vindictive. No one can be trusted in this story and it ends on a cliffhanger. The narrators do a good bringing the story to life.
