Publisher's summary

The New York Times best-selling author of On Dublin Street, Down London Road, and Before Jamaica Lane returns with a story about letting go of the past and learning to trust in the future.

When Hannah Nichols last saw Marco D'Alessandro five long years ago, he broke her heart. The bad boy with a hidden sweet side was the only guy Hannah ever loved - and the only man she's ever been with. After one intense night of giving in to temptation, Marco took off, leaving Scotland and Hannah behind. Shattered by the consequences of their night together, Hannah has never truly moved on.

Leaving Hannah was the biggest mistake of Marco's life - something he has deeply regretted for years. So when fate reunites them, he refuses to let her go without a fight. Determined to make her his, Marco pursues Hannah, reminding her of all the reasons they're meant to be together.

But just when Marco thinks they're committed to a future together, Hannah makes a discovery that unearths the secret pain she's been hiding from him - a secret that could tear them apart before they have a real chance to start over again.

Emotional, Passionate and Sweet!

Fall from India Place by Samantha Young (Audio Edition)
Narrated by Chloe Lynn
On Dublin Street Series #4

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Oh Wow, what an emotional ride this story was! Marco and Hannah are fantastic together. The passion and longing just intensified this story for me. It was well written, both characters dealing with their own issues at different times, then finally dealing with some of them together.

The narrator has a very soothing voice making it very easy to listen. In the beginning the story jumps from past to present and back, sometimes leaving me a bit confused, but usually not for long.

So happy I found this series and I can't wait for the next book!

Good enough

It was ok. Not as good as others in the series but good enough for a credit.

Liked the story, bbn ot the narrator so much.

I really liked the story and thought he was very engaging however the narrator was not that great. All of the different voices sounded the same so you could not tell who was talking, and overall it took away from the story. However, because I loved the series I will continue reading the other books.

Loved this book!

This whole series has been fantastic and book 4 did not let me down. Marco and Hannah have fantastic chemistry and I just couldn't put it down. I think I went through the story in 2 days!! The narrator is excellent, I love to listen to her and she did a great job with both the male and female characters. Very credit worthy.

Tried to like this book.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Im sorry, but the narration was terrible. I found it to be very distracting from the story line.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

Predictable.

What didn’t you like about Chloe Lynn’s performance?

Her accent and the way she spoke.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

No.

Any additional comments?

I enjoyed the first 3 novels.

Good story, needs a better narrator

I read this book in the kindle version and loved it so I thought, why not listen to the audio book? Unfortunately this narrator made this book almost intolerable. She used the same voices for every character. The American accent that she used for Marco's character was very feminine. I don't know why the author chose to use a different narrator for almost every book in this series, some were definitely better than others, but this one was the worst.

Formulaic story, dislikable female lead

Not much substance here. Female lead was detrimentally stubborn and not very likable. Story did not have much substance, seems we just had one unexpected meet up after another and lots of texting to get us from one steamy scene to the next. Lost interest about half way through and really didn't care how it ended.

Narrator has a good delivery but not enough variation between characters. The male lead interpretation was actually higher pitched than the female and very soft and sweet sounding in opposition to the words written.

This series started out really good and I have listened to the first few several times but I'll probably return this one.

Getting more annoyed

The narrator wasn't bad but she wasn't great. Hannah and her family are supposed to be scottish. So why is everyone English?
The story of whoa is me and shutting people out is getting old.

It was a great book, a tear or two may have fallen. Sweet emotional with a typical ending
