Publisher's summary

Reformed art forger Tilda Goodnight reluctantly joins forces with semi-reformed con man Davy Dempsey. They want to steal a dubious painting and several million embezzled dollars from a lethal widow named Clea, who has targeted a mild-mannered art collector as her next dearly departed. Complications include her sister, the female impersonator; his best friend, the reformed cat burglar; a recidivist embezzler named Rabbit; a hit man; some lousy sex; and a juke box. Trouble ensues....

Laugh Out Loud!

I really enjoyed listening to this book. Great character development, plot, and humor. The narrator superbly adjusted her voice for each character.

Great Sequel to Welcome to Temptation!!

Love the characters and the continuation of Davy Dempsey's story. Funny and romantic, plus we get to meet Michael Dempsey! I really enjoyed the story of 2 people working through their past and falling in love with each other, while witty dialogue and movie quotes make you laugh.

Jennifer cruise books are always a good time

They are not all sweetness and light but I appreciate her humor and the stories and the relationships of friends, family and lovers. Aasne Vigesaa has a wonderful voice and gives added value to any audio stories i have listened to.

Horrible Narration on a wonderful book

This is one of my favorite feel good books. I have owned it as a paperback, hardback, ebook and now audio book. But the narrator on this one is horrible. I would have preferred that she not try to do different voices rather than what she did. Most of the main characters voices were indistinguishable from her narrator voice 90% of the time & some of her secondary character voice were more like a parody than an actual voice.

I would recommend the book to anyone, it’s a great feel good romantic comedy with lots of sarcasm and laughs, but skip the audiobook
