When it comes to passion this hot, it's all or nothing.

Olivia Townsend's wealthy cousin Marissa had everything a girl could ask for - a great job, a privileged life, and all the friends she wanted. Or, at least, all the friends money could buy. But one case of mistaken identity has turned her privileged world upside down.

An abduction gone wrong lands her right in the lap of the sexiest, most dangerous man she's ever met. To Marissa, he's an enigma, but one to whom she's irresistibly, inexplicably drawn.

With him comes a new world of freedom and passion, of dark shadows and dangerous secrets, a world where nothing is what it seems - except for the blind passion that Marissa can't escape - or maybe even survive.

    "Struggling to Finish"

I am only part way through this book and feel like I might not be able to finish. It is just boring. I don't get the attraction between Marissa and Nash. The narration is lack lustre at best. I hate when Benjamin Darcie does the female roles he just does not do well and I agree with other reviews that he does not have a strong male voice either. I also can’t get around the fact that the author did not change narrators for this book. Honestly I keep trying to figure out who is talking Nash or Cash, Marissa or Olivia. They are exactly the same. Now as I said I am only 1/2 way through the book and it is boring. There is not even hot steamy scenes to help it along. They keep talking about the same thing over and over again. Revenge and how poor Nash had to hide away. We get it he is bitter but get over it already. This entire series was good but not great. I think the first book had just enough to tweak your interest in the 2nd book and then by the end of the 2nd you feel like you may as well get the third. So far not this was not a wise choice on my part. Sometimes quitting while you are ahead is a better option.

    "Disappointed ending of this series"
Is there anything you would change about this book?

The male narrator. He did not sounds 'manly' enough for Nash or Cash.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

    Disappointing

How did the narrator detract from the book?

    Yes, the male narrator

    Any additional comments?

This book is not as good as the first 2 books in the series. While it gave good conclusion to the whole series, the story of Nash and Marissa was not hot or steamy. In my opinion, this book fell short. It did explained a lot about Nash/Cash and their father's story.

    "The bad boys are back!"

Unfortunately this is the end of the bad boys series and all I can say is WOW! What a way to go! This time the story focuses on Nash- the super sexy alpha brother. Who knew he could be sexier then Cash? I wasn't sure about Marissa's total character transformation but in the end I really did like her.
My only complaint is with the narration. Don't get me wrong, it was great! However, it was a little confusing with the same narrators from the previous books. Mr. Darcie is Cash and Ms. Rudd is Olivia - hearing them as Nash and Marissa made my head spin. Otherwise, this was a great listen!

I've always been a avid reader so now I'm a avid listener. I prefer the paranormal genre but I do like to switch things up. It's boring if you don't have variety. Of course I do love the romance and the hotter the better. Also, you can't beat a good thriller filled with suspense and a ending you can't even guess at until the very end.

    "Let down"

I've followed this story from the beginning and I expected this book to be very exciting. Unfortunately for me this one did not do it for me. I did not like the way the story was played out. Nash and Olivia didn't have the exciting love story that I was expecting. Sometimes a tedious story can be helped along with some hot sexy romance but theres not much of that either.

I would say if you want to finish the Cash & Nash story then got ahead and get this one. If you don't have a burning desire to finish up this series then use your credit for a more satisfying listen.

"Everything? Confusing But At Least It Has Closure"
Is there anything you would change about this book?

It was very disjointed and barely held the original plot by a thread. This is NOT an intellectual challenge to read and there is plenty of hotness.

What could M. Leighton have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

This could probably be a stand alone book because there was barely any mention of the original characters and plot. Also, the Cash and Nash got confusing and I think even the author got confused who was being referenced.

What three words best describe Kate Rudd and Benjamin L. Darcie ’s voice?

    Adequate Not Fantastic

    Any additional comments?

NOTE: Strong language and mature themes

"Somehow not as good as the first..."

I found this book interesting because it shows us Nash's perspective of things. However, I felt this book was a little more unrealistic in the sense that Marissa changed into a different person overnight. Not saying a person can't change but this was the swiftest change ever. Also I felt like the story was missing more depth and true interaction between the two main characters.

Even still, this was a decent read. It is pretty inexpensive and is worth the money, especially if you have already read books 1 & 2. It is almost necessary to read this just to know wrap up the series.

What would have made Everything for Us better?

More story developement. Skips in the end just to drag it out.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Boredom and disappointment

"NOT AS GOOD AS 1 & 2 BUT A MUCH NEEDED CONCLUSION"

If we really have to say farewell to the Davenport twins then this third and final book does a good job in delivering that in this emotionally hard and twisted then, thankfully, tender love story.

Poor brooding cold bad boy Nash who's a 'what you see is what you get' type Alpha male and a 'it's my way or the highway' type. However, under that hard shell that he's had to build to protect himself is a lonely, broken soul who's mentally tortured and totally focussed on getting revenge but what he ends up needing is forgiveness, salvation, redemption and, of course love. Marissa has past demons of her own to slay but she loves Nash and is willing to try to help him if he will only give her a chance and let her in.

There's a lot of character growth, heartache, revenge, secrets, sexual chemistry, self-sacrifice, a bit of action with the Russian Mafia, emotional turmoil, sex and loss before these two lost souls can find happiness. We also find out what's happening in Cash and Olivia's lives which was nice.

But I really didn't like the dual narration - it would have been a better listen and less confusing if they had used only one.

Worth a credit? Well it would have been, and for anyone that's into this series, but it's under $10 so I just bought it and saved he credit for a costlier listen. Not a stand-alone listen - you must listen to books 1 & 2 first.

"This book was an awesome roller coaster ride!"
Would you consider the audio edition of Everything for Us to be better than the print version?

Never read the printed version, but I would bet the audio version was the best because of the narration.

What other book might you compare Everything for Us to and why?

The first two books in the series. Book one was great and book two was better, but book 3 was the best!

What does Kate Rudd and Benjamin L. Darcie bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Their narration enabled you to experience the emotional highs and lows of the book. The storyline coupled with the narration and emotional points turned me inside out!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    You make me whole.

    Any additional comments?

I would recommend all three books in this series to any audible fan. But, the last one really kept me listening until I finished it all in one sitting. 5 stars and then some!

    "Love these Bad Boys!"

I hated for this to end!! I thoroughly enjoyed each book in this series, the characters were interesting, the romance that unfolded tugged at my heart strings, and the sexy alpha male twins made me want to holler in the best way! This third installment tied up all the loose ends, and as usual I enjoyed the smart & sexy banter between the various characters--I think this is the signature of M. Leighton, and I love it. If you're in the mood for a contemporary romance with a little lightweight erotica, great humor and sass, this is a worthy purchase. Start from the beginning, all the stories tie into each other. You will not be disappointed!
