Conner Burke never expected Sofie Callahan to come back. Where she's been for the last two and half years is a mystery, and so is the reason she left in the first place. Now, though, she's back in their hometown of Shelton Bay, South Carolina, at the same time Conner's band Dirty B. is home on a tour break.
Sofie Callahan has spent the months since her father's death avoiding anything to do with her hometown. But with her brother in Afghanistan, she has no choice but to return and sort out her father's house, even if it means facing the boy she fell in love with and revealing the reason she left.
Conner has questions, and when his broken heart and her guilty one collide, Sofie has to start answering them. Their present is rocky, their future unknown. Only one thing is certain: Sofie's daughter will change everything.
Contains mature themes.

This book has one subject hardly any storyline. just boring the same argument over and over and over again reworded re-said oh my God It was a waste of money. unless you like to listen to a lot of repetition don't waste your time.
This book just did not do it for me. the narrators were horrible, the characters were childish, and there was no big climax to the story. I am never this negative about a book, but this audio version was a small form of torture for me to finish. I never stop a book in the middle, that is the only reason I forced myself to finish.
I literally search out long audiobooks. I love to have a good book to listen to while I'm driving. This is one of the books I fell asleep listening to because I refused to turn it off!!! Love love love!
The struggles are crazy and their ways of going about it all are entertaining too. It all goes together to make this an amazing story. It's well written and the preformance was well executed. I couldn't have chosen better performers myself. If you buy this, you are sure to get your money's worth!
Conner and Sofia have great jokes with each other. The other people in the book are witty as well! I definitely Recommend this book!
I really enjoyed this book. It was a great read. Cannot wait for the books on all the boys and their sister.
