Mesmerizing

Such great narration! Truly talented voice. Bought an already 5 star book to whole another level. Like taking a black and white movie and adding color. I absolutely enjoyed this incredible journey!

Loved the extras!

If you could sum up Dark Prince in three words, what would they be?

I have read the paperback of the original, and ofcourse have the ebook, when I came across this "authors cut", had to to give it a go! I loved the little extras in this edition.It made it more complete.
As for the audible version, I felt it was pretty good, I didnt like how slow the narrator did Prince Mikhail's voice---I mean i do get it at first as he is unable to feel emotion so he voice would be monotoned, but it didnt seem to get enough more of emotion as it should, since he is all of a sudden bombarded with them since finding his lifemate. I also didnt like that Mikhail didnt have an accent as ive heard in other versions. These two things aside, Its a great book and start to a thrilling series that takes many twists and turns along the way through I think around book 20 now. Do enjoy! I did!

I think Christine Feehan made each character interesting, made it easy to want to check out the next book to get closer to these characters.

Which character – as performed by Abby Craden – was your favorite?

I feel Abby did the best performing "Raven" she matched what I would picture as Raven well.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yest definately.

Just OK,

Michael is way to patient with "little one" She was way wined & wined about everything. Never listened, always in trouble. You would think she was a 12 year old.
Author? Not your best work.
Narrator? Not your best work either. ..

an excellent tail of Mystery & Romance.

Author Christine Feehan puts a unique twist on Legends of folklore, reinventing the very definition of vampire. Each character had a unique personality making this story all the more interesting. Christine's elements of romance were steamy and classy. I enjoyed the moment-to-moment Mysteries of the book as well as the suspense provided by the assassins. this was an easy read with a excellent flow and the performance from the narrator made it all the more enjoyable.

Better narration is needed.

The narration is over the top, bordering on ridiculous. But the story and characters are wonderful.

I'm anxious to start next book in the series.

It is an incredible book, I loved it. I went through it in a day and a half , hanging on every word.

Fabulous Series

Whether you enjoy paranormal literature or not, you should definitely give Christine Feehan a try (either read or listen). I was not a paranormal regular and have read or listened to every one of the series and eagerly await the next one.

The series introduces the Carpathian people and the stories are sensual, romantic and inspiring. The heroes are strong, extremely arrogant men; the women equally courageous - together they are invincible...almost.

Christine Feehan brings the reader/listener into a world of romance, honor, and loyalty spanning centuries and transcending borders. Give it a try - truly worth the time...
