Would you listen to Dark Prince again? Why?

After I listen to all 25 books in the series I may turn around and re-read this first book in the series. It was very captivating! Love how tRaven and Mikhail met, fell in love, and became life mates.

What did you like best about this story?

I like the idea of Carpathians being a race that if their emotions get away with them then they turn rogue and into vampires. Excellent concept.

Which character – as performed by Abby Craden – was your favorite?

I really like Raven. She is independent and does not mind speaking her mind and telling Mikhail exactly how she feels - no wimpyness for this lady!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The part where Raven was totally freaked out about "going to earth" was awesome and well written. She made me feel like I would probably feel if I were buried in the ground to revitalize.

Masterpiece....

What did you love best about Dark Prince?

What is not to love in this masterpiece work of Art? I read this book a long time ago. I am a big fan of the series until it became flat. This is the first book in the series, and I was wowed by the plot, especially it's uniqueness. Mikhail and Raven are perfect together. The action started innocuous enough until it reached a crescendo. I love the diction, the theme, the humor and best of all the depth Christine Feehan gave to the hero and heroine. When you read some of the trashy books out there these days, it is good to appreciate a work well done and well written like this.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I think Mikhail. He is sex wrapped in a likeable character.

Which scene was your favorite?

The scene where Raven was rescued from dying by Mikhail, Gregory and Co.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Raven was kidnapped by that evil vampire. Mikhail, warrior that he is fell completely apart. Touching.

I've read these books but it's even better in audible. Abby is an excellent narrator!

Wow

A wonderful story of true love that survived such tragedy and suffering. A story of difference coming together to make one soul.

I am reading the series again.
It has been over a year since I've read all the books through,starting at the beginning. It is so exciting to go back and revisit my favorites and even the not so favorites.

Was good

Is it more time to catch on to the storyline but after a while I got an understanding of it they had more at the end to see if she what is the actual you know person that they were looking for but it was over everything was cool about it I liked it

an okay beginning.

it was okay for the beginning of the series. it seemed like it dragged on though there were a couple places it seemed it could have ended.
i dont much care for the female character in this one, Raven she seemed whiney and weak. whats wrong with strong girl characters didnt like her.
