very good tale of the impact on daily lives of every side's families during the civil war. I enjoyed listening to the book and it opened up new areas of awareness and had many thought provoking elements throughout.
Seether I'm getting used to her or the reader is becoming a little less pretentious sounding. I found myself cheering for both the North and the South in this book. It's done very well in fact you can feel the passion on both sides of this war. The
The series is getting better and the reader grows on you as you progress through the series. There is much to learn and I look forward to the next book.
I really enjoyed this book and the whole Bregdan Chronicles series. Interesting info regarding the Civil War seen from one families and their friends and relations perspective.
Feels like you are witnessing the civil war as it is taking place. The characters feel like family and friends. Living history! Cannot wait to start the next book in series!
