Excellent book! Narrater needs to go!

I love this book I have read it and listened to it I read it first thank goodness as the narrater Richard Ferrone freaks you out with pronouncing things wrong and well I just think that this type of book is better read by a woman all around the man just creeps you out. I love Christine's Dark Series I have read all 19 (Dark Curse just released) and would recommed her to everyone I know that enjoys good romance adventure thriller stories, each book even the celebration leaves me wanting more... now Ms. Feehan what comes next after Dark Curse because I can't wait.

One of my favorites!!

I have read all of the books in the Dark Series. This one has always been one of my favorites so I was excited about getting the audio book. I was very disappointed in the narrator. As others have stated, his mispronunciation of so many of the names makes it difficult to keep the story flowing. I have several audio books and this one took me forever to finish since I didn't like the way the narrator pronounced the names. I won't be purchasing any other books narrated by this person. It would just be a waste of money.

Dark Celebration

It was so good to see all the old characters....this was a great celebration filled with humor, romance and danger.

story was great but.......

I did not know this book existed and was very pleased after I read the summary. It was great reading about some of the older couples getting glimpses of them after their stories or learning about how some new couples originally found each other! If you can read it in order I definitely suggest you do but its OK if you don't like I did. The Only Problem I have/had is with the narrator. He barely changed his infliction/volume/emotion anything to hello distinguish between characters. Most of the woman sounded manly a few men sounded feminine. Not sure its worth the credit but its definitely worth the read!!!!!

I love the book Hate the narrator.

This is one of my favorite books in the whole series because we get to see everyone again. I have read the whole series 7 times but I wanted to listen to them all for a change. I couldn't wait to sit down and listen to this book. I started it and from the first name Richard Ferrone mispronounced I knew I was going to have a hard time listening. He butchered half the names in this book. It was like nails on a chalk board. Half the time I would have to sit there for minutes and try to figure out who this man was talking about. It drove me crazy. I really wish He would have asked the author or something. It's just so hard to stay in the story when he throwing names out there that make no sense.

A Carpathian Reunion

All the characters from previous books in the series are featured at some point in this full-length Christmas novel, #17 in the series. Raven has convinced Mikhail that this gathering is important to recreating a sense of community for their people, and to remind their warriors what they have been and continue to fight for. 2 lifemates are identified - watch for their future stories. A baby is born, and there are several small battles.

This entire series is fantastic, i have read all the books and am listening to them again but this book makes me so happy.
