First Time Reader

Lorelei James is awesome. This is the first time I have read her and I am very pleased with her story telling.
Also Scarlet Chase makes the characters believable.

Because I can’t read & drive!

I’ve read this book several times & while I knew the story, it seemed even more vivid through audio. Lorelei James is my favorite author & her books never disappoint whether in print or on audio.

Sex, sex, more sex, then some more.....

Love cowboys, love romances, like steamy cowboy romances. lol
I think for the style of book it is, it must be very good ... so I was generous with my ratings. But, really, you need to understand it's all about sex. lol I personally prefer a little more plot, a little more romance and while I do like steamy, I'm not into the hardcore books ... which in my little naive world, this is. lol But, hey! Thank goodness there's a style for all of us, so enjoy some good cowboy sex scenes. lol!!!

Ouch...... it was hot hot hot.

I loved this book, it had a good plot with 2 hunky Rodeo riders sharing one woman and you just didn't quite know how it was going to end. There were graphic multi-partner sexual encounters and I do think that this should have been put under the Erotica category - so if you don't like a heavy dose of sex with your romance then don't get this book.

I have already downloaded the rest available so far in this series and will check out any of her other books.

Worth the credit? Yes definitely, I am so happy I found this series.

If you love James' style...

As a fan of the Rough Rider series, I knew the writing style. I have waited for an audio version of James' books. Although the narrator did take a little getting comfortable with, the story was a great mix of the erotic scenes I have come to expect (great Alpha-cowboy with a surprising gentlemen side) and a story of a self-discovery.

This book was an easy fun listen, found myself laughing and smiling, read the next one the very next day and then the 3rd one a day later. Cant wait for more in the series.

Plenty of eroticism, but also full-bodied story

A great storyline with a rare, refreshingly accurate depiction of the rodeo world. A real rarity among this genre. Such great depth of characters and story. Some of the love fest seems somewhat outlandish to me, but I guess that's to be expected.

Another great hit from Lorelei James!

I do love reading Lorelei James. This was no different. The story was sexy, as always, with conflict and angst. I wish there was a little more depth to Hank and Lainie's back story. It would have made the fact that she chose him a little more understandable. But was still a great starter to what is sure going to be another great series.

Lorelei is great at telling a story. You have to like this type of writing to love her books. Her Rough Rider Seies were great books also. I have been waiting for audio to get her books.

Would you listen to Corralled again? Why?

The story was great, the performance was very good ~ I usually have a hard time getting used to different the different voices the narrator gives to characters but Scarlet Chase did a great job. The story was great and at times I found myself hoping Lannie would never make a decision.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Kyle was my favorite character, he had an open bad boy attitued that made me fall in love with him.
