Another Fantastic Story

it never seems to amaze me how J.Friday can produce such rivoting stories. I cannot wait to how they are going to take care of t the next bad guy without hurting Leila.

Lightening & Flames

Put two fiery personalities in a marriage and watch the lightening & flames fly.

The poor male vampires in Frost's world who believe their mate of choice will be obedient and tame after marriage are so clueless especially when they fell in love with strong willed, intelligent women. I giggled most every time Vlad's staff would suddenly vanish when Lelia stood up to Vlad's overprotective behavior. It is good for everyone to have someone who will stand up to their nonsense once in a while.

This book definitely has some darker elements provided by Szilagyi to punish Vlad but at no time did I want to stop listening because with each trial Lelia & Vlad grew stronger and closer together.

Lastly, what would a story in this world be without some humor & sarcasm. The last part of the epilogue had me laughing so hard that I scared my cats.

Thanks for bringing Cat, Bones, Mencheres & Kira into a few parts. The interaction between them brings this series to a whole new level.

Jeaniene Frost's books are a joy to read/listen to and Tavia Gilbert's narration is superb.

Excellent story and excellent performance in true J.Frost style. The author continues to to tell great stories without overdoing the romance and violence. It's a perfect paranormal story with right touch of suspense, romance, and violence. J. Frost continues to be a top notch author & one of my absolute favorites

Wow..

Wow - I didn't think this series could get any better - but Ms. Frost has pulled out all the stops in this next installment of the Night Prince. The book keeps you entangled from beginning to end - with tonz of information and revisiting characters. I really enjoyed this book and hope there is another coming soon!

My favorite series

I truly enjoyed this series, I first discovered it back in 2019, and was addicted to the point I finished all four books in 3 days. Since I’ve listened to it a couple of times now and it just always gets better and better. The ending where Vlad tells Layla how the Dracula story started had me crying with laughter. Oh I love vlad. Highly recommend you read or listen to this book in it entirety, from book 1 to book 4. There’s no better Dracula story out there. This has it all, packed with Draculas life story to his enemies to falling in love. It’s a beautiful story. It may start out with Layla but as she meets and falls in love with the oh so very dangerous and powerful possessive man his story gets told as you read on into the series also bones and Kat is in this book. Which I loved. I loved all the characters, this series was so thought out, not rushed, very detailed and had a lot of steamy scenes too.

Kinda fun, but not overly sensual

This trilogy was a fun little listen but if you are wanting something that is more on the erotic side, you'll be disappointed. Even the narration does not convey sensuality. This series does not stir any strong emotions but it was good for a laugh or two. If you enjoy a light listen that won't leave you thinking about it's content long after you've finished, then this trilogy may be for you.
