Publisher's summary

Lord Oliver Marsden's life is perfect...well, almost perfect. His bookshop is doing well, his bank account isn't empty, and his nights are filled with a deliciously dominant man...who tends to be a bit too domineering outside of the bedchamber. But Vincent loves him, and that's all that should matter. Right? And of course Vincent still firmly holds the reins of control. Yet while Oliver feels Vincent is finally ready to give himself fully to him, to make good on the offer Oliver refused a year ago, the looming threat that his lover could someday be forced to marry keeps him from tugging the reins from Vincent's grasp.

Then Vincent receives a letter that changes everything. Oliver seizes the moment and pushes Vincent toward a night neither of them will ever forget. Yet come dawn, Oliver awakens to an empty bed. Lord Vincent Prescot knows he loves Oliver. The man's his best friend, and he trusts him. So why does submitting to Oliver leave him so shaken? It doesn't take him long to find the answer, yet his solution could drive his lover away for good.

Satisfying

Bound Forever is the final book of the Bound series. Overall it's a satisfying listen with a HEA ending.

HEA

A necessary ending to a great story. Vincent becoming needy at the end of the book might've seemed abrupt or out of character, but I think this was in keeping with his character development. I wish March would've used the word 'husband' instead of wife, but that's my only qualm with this particular segment of the trilogy. It will go on my comfort-read shelf.

Only complaint is it's too short

Very hot, with some light BDSM, well medium light if you're not familiar with certain things, I am heartily sorry I've finished the series, which I basically devoured in a day and a half. Be aware of the short length of each novelette if you're tempted to used a credit-- and happy listening. Loved the narrator who was able to pitch his voice much lower than his natural range, I believe, which was quite interesting. Quite a lot of sex but also a fair treatment of the characters and their development as they learn and grow during the three books and their relationship deepens from a one time incident to a lifelong partnership. Just simply wonderful, and I truly do wish the writer had written more about these interesting characters.

Bound Forever

First great job Mr Thorpe wonderful narrating.

Ms March I truly wish you were still writing I have never been disappointed in any of your books.

I can never get over how hard it was and even still is for 2 men or women to be in a committed relationship and to be able to live openly together and that makes me sad. Ms March does such a wonderful job of balancing the romance with the need to keep the relationship secret and somehow it always makes me happier when they are able to work something out.

Basically a repeat of novella 2

Novella 1 was the dark, delicious meet cute and Novella 2 defined their relationship. This one again tests the boundaries of MM regency love. Nothing new happens, just sex, sex, and more sex. I think I OD’d on the sex, because it was mind numbing and no longer that interesting.
