Angry daughter of a murder victim decides to get revenge . there was a lot of action and romantic moves in this book. Enjoyed the time spent with these characters.

I want more

I loved this story. I purchased as an audible upgrade from receiving a copy from free sand knew nothing about the plot or author. I realised it was supernatural immediately and internally cringed thinking it was going to turn into a Twilight wannabe. I was relieved that the story was unique on its own. Don't get me wrong, I L-O-V-E-D Twilight but we don't need a replica. My only complaint is I wish I could get a visual of the transformation from human to wolf and vise versa. The author describes it just fine but I guess I'm prewired to imagine werewolves one way (think Underworld and New Moon) that when she goes to explain it my brain can't imagine it. Note to author, must...have...pictures. =)

The book is about a werewolf that finds it mate and a reluctant mate. The outcome is predictable, but the story in between entertaining. Also I found the other characters in the story interesting and will make for good follow up stories. The romance is steamy but not overdone, and the twists and turns of the story kept me interested. The narrator does a good job with the voices and with keeping all the characters distinguishable. I must also tell you that a gifted copy was provided by the author for an honest review but I can easily recommend this audiobook.

Who was really big and bad

I am just going to tell you. You go in think the big bad is one and it’s really the other. This tale has much to see but not so much on depth. There were some places not clear. There are overlying arcs that will not be solve in this first installment.

I like the Wolvens. I like my first journey in to a Saranna story. I this take on that fairy tale. It is quite possible that red got it all wrong. I want to see what more there is to this series. I am a bit afraid to try it via audio. The next narrator did not get good ratings.

Hollie Jackson is one of my go to narrators. She can hold a story together and drive you to want more. She is consistent with vocals. Pitch tone and clarity.

FAIR.... BUT, FOR ME, SOMETHING WAS MISSING

When an annoyed Randi storms into CEO Blake's office on the pretence of getting a job but she's really secretly seeking revenge and ruination on the Playboy Billionaire. But Blake's carefree single Alpha Wolf's status is about to change because he takes one sniff of Randi and he knows he's found his mate. But the only problem is she's human..... well that and the fact that she wants to destroy him. However, the handsome sexy charismatic Billionaire, his animalistic looks, his aura and his smell are exciting Randi too.

Blake offers Randi the job strictly on his terms which turns out to be immediate and he takes her back to the Pack's Mansion and grounds where research is done and there he slowly brings something dormant to life in Randi and introduces her to a whole new world. A world where Werewolves, Vampires, Witches and Fairies live and somewhere amongst it all they have to find her Father's murderer. But there's danger and even more shocking revelations in store for Randi.

This was a fair listen there was instant attraction but it skips more in-depth details that would've been interesting however there was quite good banter between them as Blake's wolf wanted to bite, claim and protect but Randi didn't know whether she wanted to screw him physically or financially as her feelings became mixed up. Dual POV's, an ok narrator and a storyline that introduces you to the politics and members of the Pack, it had a mystery, a few sex scenes and a romance that tried to be denied by the little lamb but the big bad wolf patiently lay in wait for his prey.

Worth a credit? IMO no there's much better listens in this genre out there..... but get it if it's on a $4.95 sale.

Big Bad & Hot

I liked this audiobook. The storyline, characters and delivery were good. This was a good paranormal romance. Blake and Randi were meant for each other. I have listened to narration by Ms. Jackson previously and was not disappointed.

Witty writing sets Big Bad apart from other rich romance stories

I’m not always a fan of the super rich romance books. They seem to follow the same tropes over and over. The billionaire part is just a side note to the real story. The writing is filled with puns and metaphors, making it unique and humorous- even when situations are troublesome.
The storyline moves a bit quickly, and not always in the best way. One minute they may talk of moving slowly, yet the speed picks up a bit unnatural at times. However, this does not diminish the book as a whole.
Narration is well done with good vocal inflections for different characters.
Overall good listen.

I loved Blakes & Randi's story the Sparks Fly between them two passions run Furious and the devious lies and schemes run rampid this was a very intriguing steamy amusing audio I like the storyline I love the narration and I have to say this is the first time I've read or listen to this author's creation it was fabulous I give it a 4.5 all around star review

This book started off erotic scene. Had to another book. So it depends on what type of book you want to listen too.
