Bet Me is a standalone novel from author Jennifer Crusie and I loved it! I read this book years ago and I had forgotten how cute it was. Audible had it in one of the buy one/get one sales, so I got it. I liked it so much better in the audio version. Ms. Hurst did a wonderful job narrating. I loved all the characters especially Min, she was a funny, mouthy woman who had some serious self esteem issues until Cal finally convinced her she was beautiful. The banter that goes on between them is so witty and endearing! I actually laughed out loud a few times. If you are in the mood for a light, funny and entertaining listen, I recommend Bet Me.

Fun light lovely

A fun and light rom com with hilarious scenes and very little eye rolling.

Loved it.

I love with the book represents. There’s so many people out there who think they need to fix us or change us. It’s hard to find people who accept us for who and what we are. I suppose we’re all guilty of making that mistake sometimes.

Bet you'll love it!

I've listened to this book several times over the last few years and I love it! If you like Susan Elizabeth Phillips titles like "Natural Born Charmer", you'll like this! Great characters, witty dialog and good narration. Worth the credits or the cash!

Pretty Good!

This is a pretty good book! I liked the characters, they were very relatable. The second half dragged a little, but the characters more than made up for it. Over all it was funny and cute! It was my first of her books, and I am looking forward to the next! I can't wait!

Loved, loved, loved it!

A fabulous audiobook! The narration is excellent and totally fits the style of the story. Hilarious and clever. I loved everything about it.

it doesn't get much better than this

I absolutely love this book. I go back to revisit it every couple years. Completely witty and Beyond entertainment.

I’ve listened and read this book so many times
And each time I love it. It’s one of the best romance books and is definitely in my top 5.

My first Crusie book was Maybe this time, under a special romance promo of Audible, and have fallen in love with Crusie. So much going on, and lots of humor with a good love interest.
