Whoa so much angst.

If you like a story full of angst and heartbreak then dive right into this one. The story does not conclude at the end of this book so I still need to find out if they get a happily ever after.

This is an intense story but you will be captivated from the first chapter. All the previous reviews are right. It's a lovely story with loads of passion and love and pain.

Amazing Book and Narration

Would you listen to Bad Romeo again? Why?

Absolutely, Andi Arndt is an amazing narrator; she is able to convey the emotions of all of the characters and readers will be able to feel everything they do through her voice intonations.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Cassie and Holt are both well developed and flawed. There's definite growth on both of their parts and getting the flashbacks and present day really shows that.

What does Andi Arndt bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Andi's tones and intonations truly reflect the emotions of the characters and I wouldn't get that by just reading it myself.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

If we shouldn't want bad, why does it feel so good?

One of my favorite books!

I listen to roughly 3-5 books per week via Audible & this has been one of my favorites. The story is long & slow progressing but the characters make it enjoyable. This is not a story with sex scenes on every page & instant gratification. It's a story of young college students slowly building a friendship/relationship at a pace that would likely occur in real life, esp when one of them has abandonment issues. This isn't a story that shows the characters married, pregnant & 10x orgasms per day within 3 months of meeting. It's well written & fairly realistic for this type of genre.

Captivating

I didn't want to stop listening once I started. True romance without being cheesy, super steamy but not explicit. Really funny and likable characters!
