Publisher's summary

Amanda Jenner is done being a boring man magnet and has finally taken control of her love life. As any smart paralegal would, she's researched the hell out of how to seduce a man. She's waxed, primped, and ready to put her newfound skills into action - and a masquerade bar crawl is the perfect venue for her solo coming-out party.

Entertainment attorney Mick Bad lives by two hard and fast rules. He never mixes business with pleasure, and he doesn't do relationships, which makes the anonymity of a masquerade bar crawl the perfect place for a onetime hookup.

Amanda thinks she's hit the jackpot when she bags a tall, dark, and sinfully delicious masked man - until she discovers the man she's made out with is her off-limits boss. Mick's already crossed a line he can never uncross, and one taste of sweet and sexy Amanda has only whetted his appetite. When Mick offers to give Amanda a lesson in seduction - no strings, no regrets, and for goodness' sake, come Monday, no quitting - the tables turn, and Mick's totally unprepared for the lessons this sweet temptress provides.

Loved this forbidden love story!

What a great continuation to this seductive Billionaires After Dark series! This is Mick and Amanda's forbidden love story! Sweet, naive, Amanda is done attracting the duds. She puts her paralegal skills to use by researching how to seduce and unleash her inner vixen. Little did she know the man she has always wanted will be the one she finds on her first attempt. Mick is only out for one thing, and the seductress he meets one night is perfect. Until he discovers the woman who tempts him is the one woman he has always wanted but can't have. He offers to teach her the ways of seduction but the more time they spend together, the more their fiery attraction melts the walls he has built. I really enjoyed Paul Woodson's smooth, deep voice. I loved how he performed the wavering thoughts and decisions Amanda struggled with, so hilarious! I also loved how he flawlessly brought Mick from passionate lover to jealous to alpha savior! He really brought this funny, sexy, emotional story to life beautifully, helping to make this romance even more enchanting! I can't wait for more of these Bad Boys After Dark!

Sweet Anguish

Amanda was in a bar and they were all dressed in masquerade and she was on the prowl to find a hot man. She spotted a hot masked man. Then she applied her seductive moves she had practiced from reading a book. Mick was a lawyer and he took her to the men's restroom to ravish her. She didn't know that he was her boss, but he knew who she was by her three freckles. He asked her to meet him the next night and she told him her name was Lola. He knew she didn't know him, so he was so ready to play the game. Then they both found out who they really were and he took her to his apartment. He was a taker, then he would leave them. Amanda had broken down his walls. A night of unbelievable sex brought them both down. Then the craziness began.
Melissa has given us another hot story that will make you moan. Paul's narration will put fire in your veins.

Mick Bad

What a man! Loved the story-line of him teaching Mandy “the art of seduction.”

Bad Boys After Dark

I quite enjoyed the first book in the Bad Boys After Dark series.

The book starts strong with Amanda taking things into her own hands and going on the prowl..

Office romance, no strings lessons in sex and seduction are well known tropes int he romance genre.

Melissa Foster Still managed to make it enjoyable, fun and sexy.

I liked stories that feature strong women who know their minds and go after what they want.

Amanda took a chance and it payed off big time!!

The interactions between Amanda and Mick where sexy but also sweet and allowed them to build a foundation for a true relationship.

Mick might seem like the rich man who has it all, but he needed Amanda and the passion she brought into his life, the desire to want more and be more than just another one night stand.

Narrator Paul Woodson was a pleasant surprise.

Not all male narrator know how to narrate a female character in a believable and enjoyable way. Nut Paul Woodson managed that.

His narration of Amanda was pleasing and not jarring. And as a result, the sexy parts were a delight to listen to!

Bad Boys After Dark is a sexier tale than previous books written by Melissa Foster. but it has depth and a perfect HEA.

badd boys blow past the wild boys

Bad Boys After Dark has most certainly gotten off to an excellent start. These Badd boys have show me just how bad they can get. I sat back and relaxed to enjoy because there were four brothers and I was just getting started. Mick was alpha male has his mind set on making a grand seduction for one night of utter pleasure. He just never expected it to be the one woman that he had craved. Oh yes, a wake-up call he gets in the form of Amanda Jenner. She has been a picture of seduction waiting to happen for years, but Mick does not mix business with pleasure ever. Or so his has to take that notion back in hand when he offers Amanda a weekend of complete and ultimate pleasure. All this after masquerade bar crawl, that he was attending only to release some frustrations. All that changes when its Amanda that he sets his sight on. Once their weekend is over, on Monday, things will all return to normal. Business as usual.

The read was hot and sexy.

Paul Woodson was not ideal for this one with times having women sound like men and some of the men started to sound the same. But regardless of all that, this was a wonderful listen. The story flowed well with emotions and emphases in the right places.

Good book

The first book of the Bad series was a good book that I enjoyed since Mick and Amanda were well written characters that had chemistry. Their story moved along well and the story line kept me interested but I was not a fan of the narrator making it hard to get into the book. I have been a fan of all of Ms. Foster's books and this one was a good book just the narration did not do it for me as I could not get into the narrator's voice or how he was reading the story and at times making it hard to take seriously.

Good book

This is a new series about the Bad brothers...this is Mick’s story. Mick’s paralegal, Amanda, seems to only attract boring guys so she’s following a handbook on how to seduce a guy. Unbeknownst to her, the guy that she hooks up with at a masquerade club, is none other than her boss! Amanda didn’t recognize Mick, but he sure did recognize her just before they took things too far. He asked her to meet him the next day. The rest of the story is of Mick supposedly teaching Amanda how to seduce a guy, while trying to hold in to his heart. Will this actually work?
Decent story and we are introduced to the other brothers and potential love interests.

Just meh

I hate leaving bad reviews, and while this wasn't a terrible story, I got bored on many occasions. I've listened to multi character books with 1 narrator, but it was difficult to distinguish between the male and female characters. He used the same tone, it seemed for everyone.
