ANOTHER GREAT READ!

What more can one say? The story just gets better and better. And the narrator, although a woman, never leaves you in doubt as to who is speaking in the story.

Finally she's back!

Fiery Cross was THE WORST. a breath of snow was better. This is the Diana gabaldon I know and love. Story keeps moving. Lots of Jamie Claire love despite good portions of boom spent away from them. But I liked getting to know William. I still hate the selfish annoying Brianna but it was great!

I hope this Series never ends! Where's the movie?

Would you consider the audio edition of An Echo in the Bone to be better than the print version?

I absolutely love this series of books by Dianna Gabaldon and the narrator Davina Porter! Audio is so perfect for this series. I have listened to every book. I love love love the story line. I can't wait to listen to these audio books in the car, at work on my earpiece and sometimes when there is nothing on the TV in the evenings. I do hope there is another book coming after this one. I love Clare and Jamie-Thank you! This is more reading, if you will, than I have done in years! I can always finish the audio but not the books.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I think Clare. She seems to bring it all together. I love the Love Clair and Jamie have for each other and how they just know. Jamie is such a Man in this series. I love him too.

What does Davina Porter bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She just takes you there! The accents, the differnt characters voices, the life she brings in the narration, the conflict and the matter of factness of sorts.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

I have thought about this being a movie! I would call it a series! It should be a series like the Thornbirds! I would call this a series - Time Travels of the HIGHLANDERS- the life of Jamie and Clare Frazier 1777.

Any additional comments?

I would love to see this made into a series of movies. My sister turned me on to this series. I am so surprised and hooked! Can't wait for more stories.

What made the experience of listening to An Echo in the Bone the most enjoyable?

With the narration by Davina Porter, i felt as if i could actually see the characters and feel the emotion of the story.

What was one of the most memorable moments of An Echo in the Bone?

The return of Jamie after Claire and Lord John believed him to be dead. Also loved the fact that Ian found love.. I love the John Gray and William characters.

What about Davina Porter’s performance did you like?

She actually makes you feel as if you are watching instead of just listening. She makes the characters come alive.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The entire story was moving and beautifully written and narrated. I cannot wait to read the next installment.. Did not want the story to end!!

Thank you to the author for hours of enjoyment... I loved the story and characters you created. This is one story that will stay with me...

Best narrator ever!

I can't imagine another narrator for this series. Davina Porter's range of voices and characters is amazing.

I really enjoyed this book

I enjoyed the development of William Lord John. Rachel is a very likable character. My only disappointment how rushed the last few chapters moved.

The stars are really just for the last 4 hours!

The star rating is also well-earned by Davina Porter's narration skills! As to the story: if I weren't already hooked on this series, my interest in this book would have died rather quickly. I only kept listening because I was "sure" that there had to be more to the story. I was finally satisfied when things began to suck me back in near the ending of the book. Wow! I cannot wait for more!

Wonderful, a must buy!!!

I have all the books, and audiobooks love them!! The narrator is wonder as well!!! Helps pass the time in work traffic and road trips!

Great Entertainment

Again, Diana immerses us into 18th century America! We encounter famous battles, people, and conflicts at the birth of our Nation. All the while being entertained by Jamie & Claire, Roger & Brianna, Lords John
& William, Ian & Rachel, Fergus , & Marsali. A few surprises are in store, particularly by Auntie Jocasta! Lots of fun ahead for the Outlander fan!

Love this book.

I loved listening to every minute of this book. It was happy ,sad, and funny. All the characters in this book revealed a lot. There were a few surprises.
