A Terrific Continuation of a Terrific Story
If you have been merely reading this story you are missing out on the added dimension of Divana Porter's wonderful narration. I think of Diana Gabaldon and Divana Porter as partners in the telling of this story and series. I'm only partway through this book but feel like I'm in the company of dear friends.

An Echo in the Bone
I have both read and heard the entire Outlander series by Diana Galbaldon and have been a most avid supporter. Still am. However, after weaving her usual suspense in this last book, she has left so many "cliff hangers" that this reader could not believe it when I heard "the end." At least 10 issues were left open ended. Sure hope Diana plans a follow-on real soon. I would hate to have my high opinion of both her and Davina Porter (quite a combination!) lessened in any way.

So sad it ended!
WARNING: Do not try to listen to this book if you have not read or listened to the rest of the OUTLANDER series. I have a feeling that some of those who had issues with this book did just that. It's impossible. Having said that, I certainly hope that Ms. Gabaldon does not plan on leaving us in limbo for very long. When's the next one coming!? Also, I love Ms. Porter's work in this series. Excellent!

Love this saga!
Davina Porter is brilliant! Her performance was once again, amazing! The story was good - a little slow in places, but I continue to enjoy watching the story of these characters unfold. I can't wait to see what is in store for me in book 8!

Beautifully and perfectly narrated!
Davina Porter is an incredible narrator. I read the previous novels in the series myself, but enjoyed the Audible version so much more because of the wonderful Scottish brogue.
