This book was so hot. I loved it. Thurlow Holmes brings this story to life and give great voice to Leigh. I could not stop listening. I was listening on my phone at work and that is pretty dangerous with how dirty this story is. Highly recommend this audio book.

Hot And Heavy!!!

Nora Ash continues to deliver. The second book in her Alpha series, Alpha Masquerade, is even sexier and hotter while still delivering great character development and revelations.

Thurlow Holmes does another beautiful job reading and delivers the story in such a way where it's easy to imagine the scenes taking place. Can't wait to listen to the third book!

I need the mask

I received a copy of this audio book in exchange for an honest review. And Nora does not disappoint us with this. I started with her nook books and she sent me to the audiobook at first I was unsure I've never done an audio book I'm glad I did, and after the first it was easy because you forget about the audio and get into the story not many writers can do but Nora does it so well you get caught up in the story, this is a series. She makes it so you want to get the next book you must have it that's also another thing she does so well that's how good the storyline is, thank god we don't have to wait to long for the last book. Her writing is excellent that her readers keep coming back for more. I don't like to give away to much info but this is a book for adults no o e under the age of 18. And with the audio make sure you are the only one to hear it cause it gets hot and steamy. She has not disappointed her readers yet and I don't think she every will it takes skill and talent to keep us coming back and she does it so flawlessly every time. The story with Leigh and The masked man I know who he is but I'm not telling you have to read it. And if u don't then your the one out of luck cause we love the writing the story and the suspense oh and the Alphas are the best. So if you want to know buy it and listen. She delivers on everything you want. We need the next story so we can see if we have picked the right Alpha

Part 2 is even better! Thurlow is an amazing narrator and I can't wait for the conclusion!!!

I knew it! I'm excited to see where their relationship goes now. And what a cliffhanger, I'm on the edge of my seat to find out who abducted her and what's going to happen next. They'll be sorry once her Alpha gets ahold of them! Action packed and highly recommended!

Steamy!

This is the second book in the Alpha Series, a hot omegaverse series. You have to listen to the first book in the series before this one. The story continues where the first book ended. The storyline is fast-paced, steamy, and intriguing. The story ends with a cliffhanger. Thurlow Holmes did a great job with the narration.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Alpha: Masquerade?

Come on, that decadent, lurid Alphas Gone Wild masked ball where all the wealthy, powerful Alphas dress to the nines, drink, dance and sate their lusts in a pheromone frenzy. That and the funny part where Leigh is reduced to writing "One Weird Trick" articles about cleaning grout.

What does Thurlow Holmes bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I wanted to hit Leigh over the head when she wouldn't stop criticizing her mysterious masked Alpha as a violent killer. He killed to protect her and defend her from brutal gang rape and murder. Would she have preferred if he hadn't stopped the assault and let the attackers hurt her? She's in denial and can't reconcile her morals with the reality that defending her isn't murder.

Anticlimactic and childish

The story had some promise when it started but it being an hour and forty one minutes… there was not much there… just questions and not interesting enough to find in the “next book.” This brought on, again, by main female character… scared that people are being killed but she’s so special she can go ape shit after sex and the “alpha” doesn’t threaten her then, theeeeeeen surprised that he actually left because she repeatedly asked him to leave… What in the actual F***?!? Like IF a woman is normal, can she be normal? Not scared of everyone except the most scary BEFORE they’ve established anything? UGH almost insulting to listen…women acting so freakishly childish yet engaging in adult behavior… 😡
