What made the experience of listening to Alpha the most enjoyable?

This is a most read .. I read in one day .. it was so worth it and I can't wait to read the next book .. 😊😊😊😊😊

Love the sex scenes, a great porno

my only issue... the author obviously doesn't understand what a clitoris is. (tell me if I'm wrong) but she describes the man inserting his fingers into her and rubbing her clit at the same time with the same fingers that are inside... maybe she meant her g-spot... literally had me replaying the scene to see if I missed something

"...curling his finger inside me, grazing my still sensitive nub ... He slid a second finger into me and pressed the tips against my clit and stroked slow and soft"

but other than that I love the sexual tension and the erotic scenes

this book is really good.

i’m enjoying it so far. really great. one thing i do find funny is that she said she was a little on the heavier side but the guy said she was 5’7 130-140 pounds. give me a break that’s tiny. but anyway this is a really good book & i enjoyed it thoroughly!

Wow wanted to fast forward to the end.

Struggled to finish, extremely drawn out and predictable. I guess if you like a slow burn and no action, this could be for you. Characters were very unemotional, kind of just saying what was happening. Also, I thought the story would have been much better if it was told with a dual point of view. Only in the end did Roth have words.

An Incredible Book of Erotic Fiction

I have never listened to a more compelling book of erotica. The story held your interest and the female narrator Summer
Roberts did s great job and made the experience even more exciting. It was her narration for the entire book except the last chapter. I wish she had read it all.
The sexual content was mesmerizing as well as very titillating and it drew you in to scene after scene.
If you enjoy erotica, especially OMG erotica, I strongly recommend this book

riddled with inconsistencies

I expected something a bit more suspenseful. it was rather predictable. I made it thru til the end but no surprises came up

Whew....that was....WOW!

Rarely am I speechless when giving a review...but there is SOOO much to say and all of it sounds kind of hokey....kind of like when you are enthralled in a soap opera and you try to explain it to a friend and it just comes out sounding so dumb, but in the mean time you are the one running to your DVR after work praying something else got resolved today!

That sums up Alpha...it wasn't contrived drama...it wasn't over the top ridiculous drama that you could NEVER see happening....it wasn't really an inst-love drama....and it wasn't a virgin meets billionaire love story. What it was was HOT...if there were words larger than capital size I would use them. This story is explicit, sensual, rough, raw, mind blowing and all without being raunchy. I have never listened to this author before but I think all my credits are about to be used!

Imagine you are a broke 26 year old, you are trying desperately to make ends meet, but they don't. You are working full time, you had to put your mother in a home due to her mental issues, and your little brother is in college and he NEEDS your help...then there are the aging grandparents in Florida barely getting by that you feel compelled to help, and there is you. You don't think about you much in this hell-hole you call life because you have to take care of others. That is the life of our leading lady Kyrie...her whole world changed when at 19 her father was murdered and she went from college sorority chick to sole provider and caregiver of her family. She has made her way through life the best way she can and life has kicked her at every chance. Jobs are scarce, and she just lost hers, but she is tough...she has to be. In one day she lost her job, got an eviction notice, her electricity was shut off and she was hungry....and then a check arrived for 10 thousand dollars. She had no choice but to cash it, and then another one came, and then another...and after 12 months of checks and 12 months of being able to finally make ends meet a large man, hat in hand is sent to "collect her" for his employer....the check writer. See these checks come with a string...a string she was terrified to lead to their source, and their source has a story of his own....see he's been watching Kyrie for years...he is obsessed with her...wants her...and now he owns her and she knows it.

*shudder* All I can say without giving the rest of it away is dang that was G-O-O-D, and the best part....it was ONE book, not three....not a cliffhanger....we get the end of the story. Now personally I would be okay with a book 2, but as for book 1 it left me panting for more and the need to re-listen right away. The narrator is up there with Jill Redcliff, her telling of the story was full of passion, full of emotion, and her male voice was....*shudder*...oh my! Gideon Cross is still number 1 but the race was close and I will look for books done by both her and this author again. Wow, just wow. Nice find!!!

Too Much Sex.

What did you like best about Alpha? What did you like least?

I like that Jasinda wasn't afraid of being vulgar and going into detail, but there wasn't any substance to the story. Alpha has a mediocre plot. In all honesty The book sounds like a 12th grade creative writing, except 20 chapters long. It's predictable and the characters were all weird even Kyrie.

What could Jasinda Wilder have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

She could have left out a lot of the sex and actually wrote a story. Every chapter was sex, sex, sex, sex! Jasinda could have made the characters more lovable. I don't necessarily like any of the characters except for Leila, because that's my dog name, lol. But seriously Alpha needs a better plot it was just, sex sex, sex, done.

What didn’t you like about Summer Roberts and Tyler Donne ’s performance?

Tyler caught me of guard and I had almost thought there was a glitch in the app. I really couldn't get into Tyler because I had been listening to Summers the whole book, who was okay in my opinion.

Did Alpha inspire you to do anything?

Yeah, not to cash checks in the mail from an anonymous source.
