strangely left happy and wanting more

Great book, in the beginning it was so extremely depressing and at times I wondered where the hell I was going but I felt so connected to the character that when the second half of the story came about I could relate and feel deeply for all the character had suffered. The back story is really important to understand the fore story. I was left happy that after everything the character found some peace, for the moment, but I'm left wanting to know more. Totally worth buying.

Love all of Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter novels, and there's plenty to choose from! I'd start at the beginning, or this book won't make much sense, I've read most if not all, this was just one of my favorites!

This book was honestly the first book I've ever read in The Dark Hunter series. I picked this up when it first came out and loved every minute of it. (this is at least the 20th time reading through this book). Ash has had a VERY hard life and we all hate that Bitch Goddess, Artemis. But, Holter Graham did a wonderful job bringing Acheron Parthenopaeus to life. This is a definite must read novel! 5/5

Awesome Story!

Best story ever! Words cannot express how much I enjoyed Acheron! Way to go! A must Read for lovers of this series!

The best of the series!

It was worth the build up from the previous books (some of which are not in audio format and one that was abridged and you should get the book). The narration could have been a little better but the book more than made up for it. I absolutely loved this one!

What does Holter Graham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

There are a lot of names and etc. that are hard to pronounce. It's nice to hear the correct pronunciation and to hear the dialogue come to life.

I just loved this book...I read it twice, and listened to it on audio once. Fantastic, mesmerizing, addictive...I love Sherrily Kenyon, and I adore her character Acheron!! I would definitely suggest this book to my friends!!
