MY FAVORITE OF ALL!

I love all of the books in the Dark Hunter series; at least I thought I knew what love was until I heard Acheron's story. I could listen to his story over and over!

The narrator is the best so far! One can hear the different characters' voices and I have a new favorite narrator!

The end, the beginning

I so love Ash my favorite Dark hunter/slash destroyer god. i so want want everyone to die for hurting him the best story. so many people suffering in pain all of ash people need to be safe and loved.
However i hate that ash was supposed to be the bads but than with the next books ash became the weakest further into series. but so amazing.

Buckle up, it's going to be a bumpy ride!

What can I say, this book, out of all the prior novels, was the biggest emotional rollercoaster. We finally learn about Acheron and his tormented past. If you are easily triggered by rape and torture, this first half of the book is not for you...because there's a lot of it in some detail. It was really hard listening to his childhood and all the hardships and betrayals he endured. If you hate Artemis now, you will loathe her after this book. Any small amount sympathy for her I may have felt was dispelled and my understanding for Apollymi increased more. I can respect her even thou I agree she can never be freed.

The narrator did a better job with pronunciations, thank god he didn't keep calling him Akeron. While I still prefer Fred Bermann, Holter does a really good job.

You will yell out loud, cry and smile. It's a long journey but finally there is a light at the end of the tunnel for Acheron....however temporary it may be. Definitely worth a credit!

Other PRN books I think are fantastic are anything by Jeaniene Frost, Heather Hunter's Irin Chronicles (really beautifully written and narrated), Dianne Duvall's Immortal Guardian Series, Jacqueline Frank's Nightwalker Series, Nalini Singh's Guild Hunter Series, J. D. Tyler's Alpha Pack Series and Tessa Dawn's Blood Curse series (very dark take on vampires). Patricia Brigg's Alpha and Omega series is really good too, thou more just paranormal than a PRN, romance is subtle but totally worth a listen unless you require steam. Most of these are available in the Romance Package which is a bonus if you like to binge.

the story keeps you very interested the narrator did the best voice overs as well. can't wait to read the rest of this series. if you like Greek mythology and passion and fighting you'll like this series

This was a long book but it was worth the ending. but in the end love it can't wait to start the next one.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Acheron?

His childhood and how he survived the hardship that was delt to him. He accepted his situtation and made the best of them. When he did come into his power, he didn't use them to hurt those who had hurt him.

What does Holter Graham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The voice, she read so that it seemed like you where right there.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The whole book moved me. I wanted to save Acheron and kick his human parents ass.
