I enjoyed the book, I found some awesome ideas about Zen, written well and clearly. Even if you have, as I had, an overall idea already how this phenomenal works, this book will give you are a significant amount of knowledge to practice it successfully.
The author obviously is very experienced and he tells it like it is, without any hype or sugar coating. The exercises make the information very practical. A very good book, highly recommended.
I really liked listening to this audiobook, and have listened to it several times in the week since I've had it. It has a really soothing, calming effect on me and I like to listen to it on my way to work because it gives me a really good start to my day. Highly recommended.
