I found this book enlightening and up building. It takes you to a place where you want to live in the moment and helps you see that the moment you're in is good. This book gives you tools to deal with all your fears and worries.

Transforming.
A must read for anyone looking to truly change their life - or how they perceive their life.. Not a 'magic pill', but simple to comprehend and relate to. Doing so will take some work and commitment but Tolle gets you started.

This is the best book I have ever listened to...ever! Tolle has some incredible insights, and he delivers his message in a wonderfully clear, organized and tangible way.
