Faith is the Ultimate Cure
Such an informative book. He gives so much good health advice and then at the end kindly admonishes how trusting and having faith in The One who created and designed us, while at the same time taking care of our bodies with positivism is key.

Helpful, but does not live up to title name
Is there anything you would change about this book?
The title name should be changed to something else which better fits its content. However, Dr. Colbert does give a number of recommendations for diabetics which could be discussed with the person's physician regarding tests, nutritional supplements and other tips (such as the glycemic index, etc.) regarding the care of diabetes.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The book has prayers to the Lord Jesus and asking for his aid in change. Any Christian would have an interest in such things. However, this book is heavy on Prosperity Gospel, positive thinking, some guided imagery, etc. which is why Dr. Colbert is immensely popular with TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) viewers. Many Christians see these types of suggestions and practices described in the book as unbiblical and better fitting to eastern and gnostic philosophies.

The narrator of the book is easy to listen to and understand.

I have this disease and what I need is information. What I don't need is hard sell sales pitches and bible bashing pep talks. Junk and GARBAGE!
