Very interesting, but will read again

Good but …

For those who seek a practical approach might be very repetitive. The information could be much more compacted. Too slow but good enough to practice mindfulness

Some nice stories, but..

Kind of repetitive, from half way till the end. I can’t say I recommend this book. There are better out there,
