More than I expected
Breaking down the reasons and benefits of prayer and fasting was helpful but explaining how it unleashes our power from God was eye opening. I had this book in my library for years now. It was given to me by my Aunt who long passed away. I recently started a fast and the 1st two days felt in vain but then the Holy Spirit lead me to this book in my library that I totally forgot about! Let's just say my current fast has definitely been ignited! Thank You Jesus!

Such an amazing book!
This book is a must have if you're just being introduced to prayer & fasting or if you're interested in going higher in this area. After hearing the stories told of the great benefits of fasting I'm certainly encouraged to seek the heart of God even more so. I appreciate how the author emphasize that the two go together. This book is one you can revert back to time & time again. I highly recommend it!!!
