I would recommend this book as it is inspiring for Christians to fast and pray.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Fasting Edge?
I was amazed to hear that fasting can include eating fruit and vegetables and not just drinking water.

the book is read and to me, it sounds just like Jenzen Franklin and I can picture him reading the book to me with honesty and from the heart.
