Publisher's summary

"For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths." (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

Jesus Christ is coming back. It is certainly a Christian's greatest hope during these difficult times. The Bible warns us that the last days will be tumultuous - wars and rumors of wars will spread (Matthew 24:6). In our age, the world seems to be spinning out of control, creating fear, confusion, and uncertainty. In addition to violence, pestilence, and epidemics, the Bible predicts a great "falling away" from God in the end times. Bible teachers call that "the great apostasy". Are we seeing evidence today in the church of this massive rejection of sound and wholesome teaching?

Best-selling authors Mark Hitchcock and Jeff Kinley team up to examine the evidence from the teachers of our time. Are today's teachers allowing people to follow their own desires by telling them what they want to hear, as the Bible clearly predicts? Are major portions of the church ready to abandon sound and wholesome teaching?

Together, Mark and Jeff explore alarming trends among today's church leaders, and they are simply stunned by what they discover. The great apostasy is coming, but is it closer than we imagine? Let Mark and Jeff be your steady guides to the difficult days ahead.

ORDERS REMAIN UNCHANGED

I found this Amazing Book to be as much about What Christians Are To Be Doing Now, as it is about What Is Coming.

In fact, now that I’ve finished it, I will begin again to go back through The Book, Highlighting & Taking Notes of each of the many instances & examples that it identifies of What We As Christians Can & Must Be Doing Now To Counter The Current & Coming Apostasy.

As a pastor of over 20 years with a missionary upbringing, I’ve been searching for How To Better Fulfill Hebrews 10:23-25 in my life & ministry. This Book Contains The Keys To This Very Endeavor!

Specifically, Hebrews 10:23, “Holding fast the profession of our Faith without wavering...”, as How We Christians Should Be Living In These Last Days.

And Hebrews 10:24, of “let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works...”, as How We Christians Should Be Interacting With Each Other In These Last Days.

And Hebrews 10:25, of “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together...”, since part of “My Plan” had been leaning towards exactly that, of Isolating Myself & Loved Ones from the evil world in which we live. Now I see that as Believers, we Commanded Not To Do That!

And Most Importantly, Hebrews 10:25, “exhorting one another: and So Much The More, as ye see the day approaching.” “The Day” being the Rapture first, and the Second Coming later. This Book points out that The Great Apostasy is not just a sign of the times, but we are truly living in The Time Of The Signs, and The Coming Apostasy is a major part of that.

So what is it that we should be doing to continue to carry out the Unchanged Orders of The Church as the Bride Of Christ, that is here described as the SO MUCH THE MORE???

This Book Contains The Vital Keys To Unlocking The Answer To What “SO MUCH THE MORE” Looks Like.

I pray you will enjoy Reading and Re-Reading this book yourself and Re-Discover Your Unchanged Orders.

Thank You For This Book!!!

Convicting and restorative

This book was a powerful resource in identifying my own personal apostasy. It has helped to produce a fresh repentance, renewed hope and a redirecting of my priorities. I am thankful to the author for his thorough and unabashed identification of the blatant and subtle dangers that pervade our current culture. Specifically, the "tolerant" and "moralistic therapeutic deistic" mentality that has invaded the church in an alarming magnitude. I highly recommend this book to any professing Christians, it is a great tool to utilize in order to examine oneself, as scripture directs us.

God's Word never changed never will change

certainly we are in or near the end of end times. society and many "Christians" have lost the fear of God, some Christians militantly twist squeeze and push down Scripture to fit their latest flesh not spirit driven cause. Jesus said they will hate you because they first hated me. The Apostasy church calls themselves tolerant and full of love until their reminded of God's unwavering Truth, anger always ensues. They inherently know the truth. God wrote His law on the hearts of all man... truth threatens experience of the flesh... because those who don't believe can't imagine what He has in store for those who loved Him and we're faithful to Him.... Some of today's church doesn't love people let alone care care about their souls. It's built upon the flesh, the love of money. God never promised an easy road, He said, take up you cross and follow Me. We must know Him through His Word ask Him to reveal His Truth through His Word. Pray for wisdom and discernment so the wolves are easily spotted of course outside of the obvious.... $67M jets and high-end homes cars etc purchased by those sending in checks and prayer requests for miracles who clearly don't know God's Word... if they studied God's word spending time with Him they'd know better... their letters of plea would not end up unread in dumpster heaps among thousands of others. Who or what does your pastor exalt? God's Word over and over warns of the wolves as well as the great falling away into doctrines of lies. Jesus said Wide are the gates of hell, narrow and difficult is the way to Him. Does you pastor preach that? or does he preach something like how have "your best life now". Paul, Timothy, Peter and the others appointed by Jesus were not flesh driven, their lives reflected humility, suffering and terrible persecution for preaching the truth, they preached it with love out of love for God, His truth and people. Never we're they "puffed up" as today's "preachers" feeding their ego and bank accounts on the unsuspecting souls that fail to read God's word for themselves. By not knowing God's word intimately, they allow themselves to be fooled. see Romans 11:21-31. Unlike we see in the lives of some church leaders today, they suffered much persecution for preaching Truth even to death. they took up their cross to spread the True Gospel. Do the lives of Rob Bell, Kenneth Copeland, Crefflo Dollar and others reflect the teachings or lives of the Jesus appointed appostles? Jesus said you will know them by their fruits. Our Psychology driven self first society has has merged with some churches and become a reflection of a Godless anything goes self centered angry mess intolerant of truth. God, Creator of this universe is loving, Holy and just.
