    "Horrible"

This is terrible. It is read by the author, and he does such an awful job of reading his own work, that it is impossible to listen. He stumbles over words, mispronounces and then has to correct himself, pauses and restarts. Don't bother with this.

"Audible, you should be ashamed of yourselves!"
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I tried and tried to ignore how horrible the reading of this program was. I have been an audible member for years and just can't figure out how this was ever put up for sale. You can hear his cheap digital recorder clicking on and off and often can hear his computer or cat in the background. He was often distracted and it seems like someone else wrote the material and he was reading it himself for the first time.
I think that I really would have enjoyed the material that is presented if I could have listened to it.

Would you be willing to try another one of Lama Somananda Tantrapa’s performances?

    no

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

I am very disappointed with the quality of the recording and the reading.

"Get the book and practice, otherwise skip it"

Listening to this book was hard because I did not practice the techniques. The first part is okay to listen but the 2nd part must be practiced. Get the book and practice otherwise skip this. The content is good, but only if you practice it.
