It is a good book to follow.
I am not a Buddhist but the meditation in Buddhism is really helpful to get your inner peace and happiness back. This bundle is awesome. I really enjoyed everything narrated in this book.
It provides effective techniques to step out of your mindless, stressful thinking and allow your mind to finally embrace a new, empowered lifestyle. I believe that people who practiced Buddhism, Zen and mindfulness have more wisdom, self-awareness, achieve more happiness in life and individuality. Excellent book!
There's 3 books here for the price of one but all of them are probably the best I've listened to.
These audiobooks are different from everybody else so they're incomparable in a good way.
I've only listened to these three audiobooks by bo morgan. He's a very good narrator and one that I wish would narrate my life!
This book made me inquisitive and relax at times. It's calming and informative and makes you ponder about life in general.
As a buddhist, this book is inspiring yet peaceful in showing the ways of buddhism. Zen was cool too but very soothing and relaxing. Mindfulness was okay. A bit to cliche but good regardless.
the book is 3 in one thats why it took me a long time to finish it. nonetheless i have learned about the principles of buddhism, zen and mindfullness. it would be good if i would be able to practice it sooner and this book will act as my guide.
