Where the Western conversation has largely been about postmodern culture and truth, the Southern conversation has focused on postcolonial culture and justice. Where the Western conversation has been focused on the church, the Southern conversation thinks in terms of society - and the planet - as a whole.
What do these two conversations have in common? How and why are they different? What is happening now that they are becoming aware of each other and involved with each other? Where might all this lead?
