Judges for You is a uniquely flexible resource. It can simply be listened to as an audiobook; used as a daily devotional, complete with reflection questions; or utilized by anyone who has a teaching ministry, to help small-group leaders understand and apply the text, and to give preachers helpful ways of connecting timeless Bible truths to today's world.
Judges for You is part of a curriculum and is designed to work alongside The flawed and the flawless, Timothy Keller's Bible study resource for small groups and individuals.

Definitely. Reading Judges in the bible can be a real emotional roller coaster... Things are good, bad, good, bad..more bad, and more bad. You want to bang your head against a wall. But Keller takes this book and brings it to life, puts it all together, and gives a much more broad and thought provoking view of this book. It makes sense to me now.
Judges Ain't What You Thought It Was
Tim Keller does a good job with Judges but then he breaks his own rule in the end. He has said that you need to sum up the argument of someone you wish to criticize in a way they would recognise. Biblical revelation comes from God and the Bible is canon. If God gives revelation to someone it must agree with scripture. Now then go from there.
This audio book is excellent because of many reasons but chief among them is that it can be used to build the faith of a new believer but also grow and equip the mature believer as well. So many people do not understand how to read, understand, and apply the Old Testament. This book is the ttaining we need to find Christ in the book of Judges. if you struggle with Christianity, and particularly the conquest and it's moral grounds, this book is also for you.
