Judah Smith digs deep to answer the most common and the most difficult questions about Jesus, a man so few understand and so many desperately need.
In Jesus Is, Judah Smith explores a number of topics that reveal Jesus' purpose for coming, what he accomplished while he was here, and what that means for those of us who came after. Jesus is greatly revered, harshly criticized, and sorely misunderstood.
Judah breaks down who Jesus is and explains to listeners how understanding that more fully will not only enrich their lives, but also give meaning to them and save them.
Jesus Is gives listeners the intimate knowledge that makes for a deeper, lasting relationship with Jesus, allowing them to commune with and grow in him. Judah wants listeners to know that Jesus is more than a good teacher, more than an inspiring leader. He is the point of all life.

funny, thoughtful, inclusive
Totally, I would particularly recommend it to my friends who are more conservative theologically. Judah has a lot to say about the goodness of God.
gamechanger, eyeopener, jesus
The personal angle on all the subjects. Not personal as form the author - but the PERSON of Jesus
Needed Fresh Perspective
I read the Section "Jesus Is Grace" three times. It was beyond powerful! I wish every person in the world could hear and take to heart this book. Our lives would radically change!
Leaders are readers. Audiobooks count as reading right?
This book got a lot of media attention because of the authors relationship to Justin Bieber. I'm glad it did because Judah Smith captures brilliantly the offensiveness of God's grace given through Jesus. It's so good it's upsetting.
Taking a closer look at the interactions that Jesus had with people and the things that the he said, this book invites readers and listeners into a fuller experience of the life God has for us.
Judah Smith is one of the most phenomenal speakers in the world. This book is a great companion to his live teachings. As an audiobook it is a bit redundant, when his podcast is the first expression of him saying brilliantly the real heart and content of the book, which he then wrote...and now reads.
This is one of the best books I have.
"That’s the gospel. It’s good news for everyone. It’s not good news just for people who are already good, for those who are self-controlled and disciplined enough to have all their ducks in a row. It’s good news for the people who can’t even find their ducks. They haven’t seen some of their ducks in years. Their lives are a mess. But they can come to Jesus and find instant acceptance. They belong long before they believe and long before they behave.”
He is funny and real.
