"Are you sure you want to be possessed by a spirit other than your own? Even though that spirit be the pure Spirit of God? Even though he be the very gentle essence of the gentle Jesus? Even though he be wisdom personified, wisdom himself? Even though he be as loving as the heart of God?" (A. W. Tozer)
This little audiobook is hard to swallow. In it, A. W. Tozer teaches plainly who the Spirit is and why we should desire him but why few of us do. He instructs us in how to be filled with the Spirit but first poses this question: Do you really want to be filled?

This teaching about the Holy Spirit is a very good beginner level starting place. Dr. Tozer does a very good job and keeping to the facts and being, in his Tozer way, very straightforward. When you get to the end you have no wonder about where he stood in the teaching and what scripture it stood on.
This book is a great call to remember the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives today. The narrator is not bad, but not spectacular. I miss hearing Tozer's voice (I liken it to the voice of Mr Potter from it's a wonderful life), but it's nice not to have the crummy audio quality you get with a recording as old as one with Tozer's voice.
Loved it. Narrator, Tom Hatting. Simple and to the point. Distinguishes between the Lord our God, the Holy Spirit and our Lord the son on God, Jesus Christ.
