Fifteen years ago, Bronx-born plumber Tommy Rosa died in a hit-and-run incident. Lying by the road, he felt a tug whisking him off into a tunnel of light to meet his divine teacher in heaven. After several weeks in a coma, Tommy returned to Earth to walk again with a heightened sense of connection to one and all.
Around the same time, Dr. Stephen Sinatra, an integrative cardiologist, was dismantling the prevailing ideas of preventive pharmacology with his holistic approach to treatment. In their first encounter, Tommy got the intuitive message that Dr. Sinatra had an infection in his hip. Tommy's insight confirmed Dr. Sinatra's own suspicion. When Tommy shared with Dr. Sinatra the divine revelations of healing that he had learned, Dr. Sinatra was shocked - the keys to solving the imbalance of energy that he had identified as the cause of most chronic illnesses were the same as those Tommy was relating.
From this intersection of the divine and the scientific, Tommy Rosa and Dr. Sinatra began writing a prescriptive guide for healthy living. In Health Revelations from Heaven and Earth, Tommy Rosa reveals the eight revelations, gleaned from God, that will lead you toward revitalized health, a newfound sense of purpose, and spiritual balance - fully corroborated by Dr. Sinatra's four decades of medical expertise - bringing heaven and Earth a little bit closer.

This is not a book about life in heaven, it is much more. It is about the lessons and choices in life that can bring us to our greatest potential. A path to show us how to live in the Flow of Life with the joy we all deserve. I suppose that could be seen as heaven on Earth.
only second to the Bible it gives us a step by step clear sincere way to live our lives .

There is 1 hour, 33 minutes for me to finish this audio book . . . but I can't do it. There is so much Christian / Catholic referencing in this book that I cannot get past so much religion.
The health tips are good, if somewhat basic - in comparison to the many other books that have come out about food, supplements, and dietary choices recently. This may be due to this book combining an autobiographical metaphysical experience along with health tips rather than just focusing on one topic.
The metaphysical portion is pretty much based on the metaphors and consensus reality of Christianity in the "astral."
This is going to be of great help to Christian or Catholic faithful who are entering a phase of improving their health and learning about food and supplements to be proactive about their own health.
For those believers just learning about the consensus reality of the Christian belief areas, further reading can be done with Robert Monroe's trilogy or William Buhlman's Adventures in the Afterlife - both on Audible.
I'm retired....I love to walk, bike and "read" interesting stories.... I love discussing literature...
I had the feeling many times as I was reading the book that I was listening to a commercial. I felt that there was way too much salesmanship in the book.
The audiobook started out well, the story grabbed my attention. The information it contains held not much new for me. It was nice to have the points validated, though. The narrator sounded like he was reading his 6th grade term paper, which was charming at first, since the man was presenting him self as a humble blue collar worker. Then it started to wear on me. Same thing with Dr. Sinatra: he validated the points by giving examples from his day job. Very good stories! Then again I got worn down with repetition and it seemed like the Dr. was promoting himself. I admit I struggled to finish it-- still glad I got the book.
