Publisher's summary

That God loves us is the most profound truth in the universe. Experiencing this love has the potential to answer every question, solve every problem, and satisfy the deepest yearnings of the heart. So why are many people who believe this still unable to fully utilize the power of God's love in their personal lives?

In this probing book, Dr. David Jeremiah reveals that not fully understanding and appreciating every critical dimension of God's love can lead to missed opportunities to experience His love. He explains how even the so-called negative dimension of God's actions - hell, prohibitive commandments, pain and suffering in the world - can only be rightly understood by viewing them in light of God's true love.

God Loves You will enable readers to know God in a way that will consciously connect them with the healing power of His grace so they can experience the life of love they were created to enjoy.

Simply the Best!!!

Simply the best book I've ever read on God's love. It is always a blessing to see a servant of God pouring all he has into an effort God has ordained for him...I do not know how to thank Dr. David Jerimiah for following God's heart in laying out such a complete picture of His amazing love for us! Well done!

Exactly what is needed

Exactly what is needed in today's depend-on-everything-else-besides-God world, esp. toward personal application. Great for those who have recently accepted the free gift of salvation and for those who need a reminder of how God loves.

God does love me

Dr. Jeremiah has written a clear, concise and thorough book with myriad references from our " book of directions for life", the Bible. Of course, one can not say exhaustive as we are talking about God's love for us. It's an amazing book to listen to over and over until one arrives at the knowledge that the only proper conclusion is that God truly loves us despite our sin filled nature.
Thank you for what had to have been many, many hours of research and reading.

No matter which Church you are in: Get this!

What made the experience of listening to God Loves You the most enjoyable?

David Jerimiah gives a message so important it is often not talked about. The title might suggest a book a la Joel Osteen and in a way it is, but this is bible based and the author is not afraid to say that God and wrath are two-sides of the same coin. He does stresses that God loves you, but in order for it to be effective you must receive His love. He will always forgive you, if you repent because He created you and He knows your week as well as your strong points. The book is deep and easy to understand, but good to always have on hand because this message is the key to a true Christ-like life.

What did you like best about this story?

God is always there: We do our part His Son perfected the rest thus, what people think about the way you look or other such matters does not matter to Him. The world wants the "perfect" look etc and looks with shame on those who might appear different. God does not make mistakes. He makes h

Not exactly what I expected, but not dissappointed

I was expecting something deeper. The discussion of Jesus' parable of the Prodigal Father (commonly known as the Prodigal Son, but it really is about the Father) was excellent. As the Holy Spirit so often does, this is the third time this parable has come up in the last three months for me in the same way. In two books and one sermon I learned that the focus of the parable is the Father and his love for his children. The rest of the book to me, such as the lengthy discussion about Heaven, were a little basic and not what I was hoping for. I wanted a deep dive into God's love throughout Scripture. That said, I was not disappointed and believe the book was worth listening to, especially for newer Believers. The narration threw me at times and would up listening at 1.2x to make it sound normal.

I liked it

It reminded my that God loves me. And it reminds me I need to forgive people who have hurt me badly. Because He loves them too. I only hurt myself when I don’t forgive them.
