A truly fulfilling marriage involves two people focusing on each other's needs rather than their own. Lysa TerKeurst, president of The Proverbs 31 Ministry, has written a practical guide for all spouses that will open their eyes to the needs, desires, and longings of the others. She offers eight essential criteria for capturing the heart of your spouse, with creative tips on how to accomplish them.
Having a great marriage takes time, creativity, and willingness. Capture His Heart and Capture Her Heart are excellent tools to help spouses run this very worthwhile race.

This book has changed me forever. Though many chapters are lessons of things we KNOW we should or should not do, to hear them out loud by such an amazing author has changed me. My husband has already noticed a difference and thanked me. I am forever grateful to you, Lysa, for all of these amazing reminders in this book. I will be continue listening throughout my life. Thank you!
This book really puts things into perspective. I love that the author took surveys and ask men questions. I have applied some of the exercises and they have worked so far. I know that this book will help guide me in my relationship. it was easy to listen to the narrator and pleasing to the ear.
I could NOT stop listening!! This book was put on my path, with God perfect timing, for the exact encouragement I was desperately needing!! SO VERY THANKFUL!!! I cannot wait to recommend it & share it with others!!
There are so many great take aways that you can apply immediately. I love the honestly of Lisa; she sounds exactly like the wife I am at times but strive to be better because my man deserves it. This is a great reminder of what's really important in our daily lives and how to make marriage work like God intended.
If you're married, read this book. If you're single, read this book. If you're a woman....you get the idea...read this book!
Lysa's sense of humor has always made me laugh. She shared a hilarious story of her husband writing her a "love" note during a class she was teaching...so funny!
I'm going to be honest here and say that Sarah did an excellent job reading this book. But, I've seen Lysa is person, watched her videos and read her other books and I simply prefer Lysa T to read Lysa T. When I read Lysa T, I "hear" Lysa T in my head, so it's bit strange for me to hear someone else reading her words.
I enjoyed this book so much with it's pleasant mix of personal stories, Bible verses, and relevant research.
