Amazing book giving you biblically based information on the angels and what they do in the heavenly rhelm
Tell us about yourself!
Heb 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
My third audible book and I am in no way disappointed.
This books makes you think about your walk with God and living upright and just.
Well written, concise. It covered many aspects of God's promises & covenants regarding Angels. I especially enjoyed the information regarding growing the prayer team with the growth of the church. I think we can get too cocky regarding the enemy's desire to undo the work of the church & the gospel.
In depth understanding of Gods angels through passages of the Bible and the authors real life experiences. Describes intercessory prayer and its significance and power in our lives. Explains the demonic battles blocking the angels from interceding or answering prayers right away especially as we get older. Love his examples. Couldn't stop reading and read it twice back to back.
You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.” ― C.S. Lewis
In itself the book is ok. The narration is good but the format is almost the same as other books on angels. With the exception of his personal stories there is no original material here and to believe the personal stories you have to believe in Perry Stone. Does he believe or not? This book has the feel of a lets make money book which is ok if you are a mainstream writer but if you are a preacher, for me anyway, a book should be about sharing a truth.
The book is ok but I can't recommend.
Although I appreciate Pr. Stone’s in-depth knowledge of the Bible and biblical events, it distracted the actual context of the audio, which was to learn and understand how Angels
can participate in our lives. 80% of the content was biblical historical events. Not enough Angel content to make it worthwhile. The actual learning about how to manifest Angels
in our lives only represented about 10% of the book.
"Disappointed with this"
This was not what I was expecting it to be. Quite annoying as each sentence seems to contain a chapter & verse Bible quote and I found it hard and aggressive. If I could've given no stars I would have done!
