A Path with Heart: A Guide Through the Perils and Promises of Spiritual Life by Jack Kornfield is a very good supplemental tool for those already on a spiritual path of learning. I most enjoyed the meditation techniques which are presented with loving care and detail. The author is the perfect person to present his own material because his voice has the warmth and wisdom that are contained in his words. Fans of the author will find many familiar themes and stories here. I would recommend this only to people who are already familiar with the author's work. This is too simplistic for those who are new to the path.

Amazing book, i loved his teachings and the delivery was so easy to follow, now my only complain is that it is not the same that the paper copy. It would be really useful to have this distinction clear.
