Enjoyable as always

I enjoyed listening to this as I went about my day. I didn't think I was going to but I gave it a chance.

I wish there had been SOMEthing disclosing that chapter 7 is not actually a chapter though, it's just a blooper reel for the cast....I couldn't finish it.

Like someone else said, the ending felt rushed but they implied where it was going.

Another great Gaiman story

The story itself was entertaining and easy to follow. The voice actors were outstanding- what an amazing cast.

Spectacular!

Neverwhere is my favourite Neil Gaiman novel, and this radio drama did the story justice so well! The voice acting was spot on, the sound design was immaculate, and the dramatization remained faithful to the novel. An excellent piece and definitely worth a listen!

Never Better!

It's been years since I read (and absolutely loved) "Neverwhere." This is a terrific way to re-discover a fantasy classic.

Others have mentioned the perfect performances here. They are wonderful, and the work has been lovingly and beautifully adapted for radio (and Audible).

If you read the book, dive into this version of "Neverwhere". If you haven't yet experienced Gaiman's crazy world, take a moment to get used to the accents and the background noises, and enter. Like radio, it's presented in episodes - but be prepared to stay up late listening to all of them in one sitting! It's that good!

Brilliant

Would you listen to Neverwhere again? Why?

I would gladly listen again. It was beautifully performed and very well written

What other book might you compare Neverwhere to and why?

Hmm, that's tough. Perhaps a mix between Harry Potter and Angels and Demons? Setting aside the fact that I am not a fan of Brown's works it has a similar layer of suspense with the mysticism and colorful characters that you find in Harry Potter.

Which character – as performed by the narrators – was your favorite?

Oh, well clearly Islington.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed a good deal in this book, and had a few gasps of shock

Any additional comments?

This was just all around wonderful. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying it.

One of my favorite audiobooks so far

Any additional comments?

This was so entertaining. I am a big fan of Neil Gaiman's work and this cast really brought the story to life. I wish more audiobooks were made like this.

The bloopers at the end were pretty funny.
