"A Good reminder how people think"

A short but nice radio/podcast that give some nice advise on how to handle and give feedback. I wish it was a bit longer and that they went more in to giving positive Feedback. This podcast is a nice reminder that people have feelings and we all like constructive feedback. Overall I did like it and gonna listen to more HBR Ideacast.
