Publisher's summary

Eric's grown more confident. He has to admit that. With Marcus's love and support, he's stronger than ever, but it's not enough. His daddy's given him the ability to go after what he wants, but there's so much more that feels just out of reach. Eric doesn't want part of the lifestyle or some of the submission...he wants everything.

For Marcus, there's nothing more beautiful than watching his boy's confidence grow. Marcus loves every step Eric has taken on his journey, but he doesn't want to push his boy too far, too fast. And when the only part of Marcus's future that's clear is Eric by his side, it's not fair to his boy to rush things. A daddy should be able to provide for his boy. A looming retirement and a questionable future aren't enough. Not when he wants to give his boy everything.

When it comes to their relationship, Eric is ready to jump in headfirst. But how does Eric show his daddy that everything doesn't have to be planned out to be perfect?

Loved

I love these characters. And getting a little of Nathan was a treat. This process has not been easy for Eric but Marcus is with him every step of the way. I hope to get more soon

Sweet end to the MM Age play romance

This was a sequel to a super sweet MM age play ABDL romance. I love Marcus and Eric and hope to hear about all of the friends they have made in the same type of relationships! Fantastic narration.

love

I enjoyed the first book and loved this one too. The narrator does a great job with all the voices and portraying the characters emotions.
I like that we get characters from other books from the Author, but that you don't need to read them to enjoy this book.
A great story with wonderful voices.

Such a sweet couple

MA Innes always creates these story with a gentleness that I love. This couple isn’t any different. I love the journey between the two men and their discoveries about their relationship. Thank you for another sweet and loving couple.

Great follow up

The thing I love the most about MA Innes’ “taboo” books are how inherently sweet they all are. Yeah I was a little weirded out about age play but these books just make it so sweet. Kenneth Obi just keeps getting better with each book he narrates. Can’t wait for more from this duo

Sweet

I loved book one and watching Eric and Marcus come together. This book was the perfect follow up to show how they grow. The story opens with Eric having dinner with Nathan and discussion their new relationships. It really sets the scene for how they will both grow into the relationship in this book. Love it, love the author, another fantastic read!

Book two in the Strength series.

This is the second book in the Strenght series, following Eric and Marcus as they go on and evolve in their daddy/boy relationship.
The book is even better than the first one (which I thought would be difficulkt to accomplish) and the beauty in their love and the care for each other in every word and action between them is stunning.
Kenneth Obi is a master in portaying both Marcus' strenght and Eric's sweetness and the audiobook vesion is really a joy to listen to.

growing closer and stronger

I enjoyed seeing Eric become more comfortable in his role/lifestyle choice as a "little" in this engaging age play story. I liked how Marcus pushed Eric's boundaries and Eric's responses to it. I loved seeing the Daddy/boy relationship grow along with the deepening of their love. This was a fantastic follow up to the first book, and I loved it.

Quiet Strength

This is the second half of Eric & Marcus’s story. In this book we get the conclusion of their story from Silent Strength. What I love about these books is the very obvious connection and bond the two men form together. They just fit so perfectly in every part of their lives and you can tell they really and truly care a tremendous amount for each other in every action they make, no matter what the context is. They aren’t just “Daddy and Boy” but they are also friends and lovers and partners, and that stands out in every part of this book. The Author always seems to write the most Romantically Kinky books with the sweetest guys. I will never get sick of reading and listening to these books. Even when the topic is “taboo” it’s still so dang sweet.

Getting these books in Audio with Kenneth Obi as the narrator is just an added bonus to reading along with the stories. He really does such a great job bringing out the emotions for each character in the way he interprets each of these books. We not only get to see the difference in Daddy/Marcus and the Boy/Eric. It’s also nice getting to hear from characters that came from some of the authors other books being included in this one as well. It makes me want to go back and re-listen to those audiobooks too. But in this book specifically I liked that the author has used the same narrator. And I really appreciated the consistently great narration we got from him for both of these books.

In the first book Eric was still so timid about his thoughts and feelings and wasn’t confident in himself especially when it came to expressing his wants and needs to Marcus. Now in this book we get to see him become so much stronger in general as a person and also when it comes to being “Daddy’s Boy”. He learns how to voice his thoughts and feelings and learns to trust Daddy and trust in the relationship and bond that they have formed with each other. He realizes that Daddy/Marcus will be there for him no matter what. Marcus is the perfect mix of Daddy and Dom. And I am in love with how his character is portrayed here, how he will do anything to make sure Eric is taken care of and knows he is safe. I liked that Marcus was a cop but didn’t really care too much for what he planned to do after that part of his life/job ended and how long it took him to get to that point but it’s cool that they could both end up working together. **What I would like to know is… Where is Zander… What happened to him and will he get a book?** These books were sweet and it was a great ending to their story. I really hope to see these two added into some other books in the future.

OMGosh!

The only time I didn't like this story was when I had to stop listening to it. I've listened to all the books by this author but I think this one is my favorite. The only thing I would have liked more was if there a complete ending. I would have liked to hear more about the restaurant and the crib. Hopefully the ending means that there is another book.
