These nine have obtained the same knowledge - even the perfect knowledge as to God’s reality. This experiential knowledge obtained is on par with many who have entered God's presence through a near-death experience. In either scenario, one can never be the same thereafter. Each will have received "a mighty change" or conversion of the heart towards God.

There is truth in this book for those seeking.

I’ve been on a personal spiritual journey for some time. It’s been (at times) intense, & heart-wrenching, but entirely rewarding & a very private thing to go through. It’s hard to put into words, & share with others, but this author & book has somehow found the words that I haven’t, to describe exactly what I’ve been through.

I haven’t shared much, of my experiences with others, but now I can point them to this book to express what I’ve struggled to.
I was amazed to read through the author’s experiences as I realized that he & I have been on the same path, going through the same amazing experiences, in our journey to the Lord. As I read his words about what he felt & saw, it gave me chills to realize that we were on the same journey (albeit from different starting points).
I’ve come to realize that once you’re seeking the Lord, and you give yourself over to the process, it seems as though all of us who seek Him, can find Him, and as we do so, we may have very similar experiences as other seekers, without ever having spoken to them.
That’s part of what is so amazing to me, I’ve never met the author, never spoken to him, & yet, we both had nearly identical experiences in our journeys. There is truth in this book.
The Lord God offers to give us this experience, if we 1. desire it, & 2. put forth the effort to have it - an encounter with the Lord.

I get there spiritually through true, deep, feelings of gratitude.

When I bow down before the Lord, and pray with a focus on gratitude, giving all the “thanks” & appreciation I can muster from my soul to Him, with full belief in Him who loves us, we open ourselves to the opportunity of having a moment with Him that is unlike anything else we have ever known.

God loves us, He created us, He desires our growth, success, and joy. He will participate in our life & spiritual growth to the degree that we allow Him.
God doesn’t force, He invites & likewise He responds to invitations. Show your intentions to Him, find a private place, and Seek an experience with Him.
With your heart & mind in the right place, and with the intention of having such an experience, you can have a moment that will change your life forever.

Best book I’ve read this year

I’ve read 170 books this year and this is one of the very best I’ve ever read!!!

Exception compilation

I have studied how to "Come unto Christ," spiritually and physically for decades. This book portrays in a single work what all I have come to learn.... And much, much more. It is an in-depth study for fellow "truth seekers." Not a light read, it's full of solid doctrine and understanding.

The first half holds the basics, often repeating the same concepts over and over again. It's a very important foundation for beginning the study of calling and election, and the more sure word.

By the middle there are solid ideas to hold onto. And the last portion is filled with great understanding and direction in seeking Christ with all one's heart, might, mind, and strength. Well worth the journey.

True believer

I loved every bit of this book, because I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints, and a believer!!

Absolutely Fantastic Book!

I have read many books in this same vein, but this one stands out in it's ability to probe the depths of the Doctrine of Christ and gently instruct the reader on many points that most would find too daunting to study. It's written in a clear and understandable way, and it's filled with joy and light. If you're a fan of John Pontius' books, you'll LOVE Steven Bishop's similar style and his ability to teach in an uplifting way.
Some might find the knowledge contained in this book to be new to them, but I would encourage all truth seekers to take the advice of the great Wayne Dyer...

Should be mandatory for all Latter Day Saints.

Too many Saints are not true saints, yet. This books explains it all. With thousands of references to scriptures, ancient prophets, modern prophets, and to the Word that is Jesus Himself. The most important single book I have ever read. Read it and share it and read it again, until you too see Him face to face, even Jesus Ohrist.

A Potent Reminder

This book is a potent reminder that the promises of sacred scripture are real. The fantasy world we live in is not the "real world" but an illusory one designed to test the children of God to see if they will "hearken" to the voice of the spirit and follow it back to God. Those who make the sacrifice needed to obtain the blessings are rewarded with the abundance God has promised. This book testifies of that reality and serves as an aid to weary souls who long for that connection to God which they have been promised is real. Anyone longing for this gift will find this book invaluable on their quest.
