Excellent

For anyone running a business or otherwise managing people, this is an extremely valuable book. The principles laid out in the book are well worth learning. As a note of caution, it was written in a much earlier time when people were not nearly as worried about political correctness. The author routinely refers to people as stupid, just as an observation rather than an insult. And there is one use of the word everyone is forbidden from even thinking. With that caveat, it is well worth listening to if you can get past that without getting your feelers hurt.

So this is what the old guys talk about.

If you want to know the ways of the people before you, you have found it. This is a classic, and beeds to be learned by anyone in business so you know what to do and what not to do. A lot of these older ways fight against our new LEAN business ideas but, you can't break the rules if you do not know them. Enjoy.
