Misleading Description?
Perhaps I’m confused, but the title makes it see that the book is written by Charles Goodnight. Instead it’s written by a few different authors and only the first chapter is about Goodnight.

Laying The Blame
Right of the bat. The call the Indians in the story as savages. Although in the day that’s the way the where seen. I think there should be a disclaimer in the beginning of the book.
